Firstly, let’s start with the product. Absolutely fantastic, super affordable and long lasting.
Service- fast and efficient
The owner is incredibly selfless and will do anything to help. It is just her behind the scenes, and she absolutely tries her best every time. She is quick at responding, incredibly talented and creative, thoughtful and understanding. I have been purchasing regularly off of Molly for years, with well over 150 items of jewellery made by herself. I have had one issue before that happened in transit, which was sorted immediately. All round, I would recommend this business every time.

The seller was lovely and understanding but the only down falls was the emails was bit slow or trying to get in touch with the person about the delivery was bit slow in my opinion but i will be differently ordering again from here I love the necklace what I had gotten

It is just me working behind the scenes so I can't reply to messages as soon as they come through. My business is prided on it's prompt responses and I had replied to your messages across several different platforms where you had contacted me.
Your order was sent out 3/4 days after you had originally placed the order. My dispatch time is clearly stated across my website as 5 working days, so I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear enough.

Brilliant and friendly :)
Had an issue with the delivery of my parcel and needed some support with details to put in a claim. The chat function allowed me to speak directly to Molls who was incredibly friendly and understanding about the situation. Brilliant and efficient customer service - will be coming back to buy more!

My favourite small business
I've been buying earrings from molls for a few months now and they are honestly perfect. The shipping is super speedy and the earrings and other jewellery are exceptionally high quality (and also have fun designs!).
