They have a huge range of rings to choose from and was able to make the ring I had the best interest in even more personal and special. It could not have been a better ring and I could not have been more happy. Service was spectacular and the ring arrived half the amount of time that was expected (shipped to UK). Amazing and above and beyond customer service, especially when I had made the error of forgetting to use a coupon voucher at the checkout, as a last ditch effort I emailed to see if this was rectifiable and within hours they had refunded me the difference which was not expected seeing as it was my mistake. Look no further with their reasonable prices and exceptional service.

Everything was perfect! From the customer service to the ring, I highly recommend buying from here. I felt bad asking to change the ring size three times, but they responded the next day each time and made me feel at so much ease. I had the ring within a month :)

i ordered from this site as a suggestion from my girlfriend not expecting much. i’ve never ordered high quality jewelry online before so i was a bit hesitant. but considering the price and frequent sale they had going on i decided to give it a shot. it didn’t take that long to come in and when it got here it came in different packaging than i was expecting which was a good sign cuz it wasn’t like cheap packaging from a corporation or anything. you could tell someone actually crafted it and put it in a bag themself. it just had the box for the ring and the ring in a little plastic bag inside. it didn’t smell like cheap manufacturing as some things from amazon usually do. the ring was shiny, solid weight and super sparkly. i got the white gold and you can tell it’s definitely not cheap feeling. i would recommend for the price and quickness of shipping for a guy looking for a good gift on a budget

I ordered my wedding band to match and when speaking with one of the representatives they sent me another ring that they thought I may like better with my engagement ring - they were right! I love them together and they even made it to fit into my ring. The team are super helpful, communicative and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them!! :-)

I ordered a custom ring for my fiancée. She worked in retail jewelry sales for years, so I knew the ring needed to be perfect. And it was! Molly Jewelry was great. They had excellent communications and made me feel like I had a friend walking me through the order process.

The picture doesn't really do justice. It's really beautiful and stunning! And it's all worth the wait. I have a customized one and all the details that I wanted for the ring, even the small ones, are all present. There were a lot of exchanged messages first before creating a cad image just to make sure they make the ring that the customer wanted and it was all worth it. There was just a little issue regarding the spelling of the engraved name (lacking one letter), but it was taken care of by our local jeweler and MollyJewelryUS even refunded the expenses. I popped the question right on the midnight of new year and my now fiancée is really happy she was crying. I am so grateful of how detailed the ring is and I'm very satisfied. Seeing it so shining and beautiful on my fiancée's hand makes me in love with her even more. We're planning on having the wedding this November and expect a wedding band order from us also. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Firstly my ring broke after 21 days of wearing it. They told me it was because I bought the 10k and not 14k and it would be $250 to upgrade. When I went to checkout it was $350. Then I shipped the ring back and sending them tracking they changed location to send the ring to and said I have to pay for the upgrade (I already paid). It has been nothing but issues with them and I don’t find them trustworthy.

I am in love with this moss agate kite shaped bridal set and love how perfectly the wedding band fits with the engagement ring! The ring is beautiful online and in pictures but in person it is STUNNING!! I am absolutely in love with my ring and Molly Jewelry did an amazing job!

I was sent a ring which ended up being sent back because of issues with the my post office. This ended up being lost in transit and the company offered to make a brand new ring or give me a full refund! I chose the new ring of course but this company handled this situation very well and have left me very satisfied!

The quality of the product seems great. Well constructed and it looks exactly as it's pictured. My product has natural opal in it. It's hard to be confident in the look of natural stones as they always vary. But, if anything, my opals look better than the ones in the picture I ordered from. Just brilliant! I received the product a few day BEFORE the company said I would. That was a great surprise. I also reached out to them once with a question and I received an email response promptly.
