THIS IS MY FIRST PURCHASE OF AN ITEM AT MOLYPRETTY. THE SHERPA SWEATER WAS EXTREMELY SOFT AND TRUE TO COLOR. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER CLOTHING BECAUSE THEY WERE ABLE TO SATISFY COMPLETELY A SLIGHT ISSUE THAT I EXPERIENCED. THANK YOU MOLYPRETTY!!

Purchased a sherpa sweater which turned out to be a cheap imitation of the picture posted on their website. I paid $32 plus 9.99 for expedited shipping. They did not ship the item for 5 business days and I received it 9 days after I ordered it. I found the same sweater with the actual picture on WISH for $4.70 plus $1.00 shipping. So that's a pretty nice profit for them on a crappy sweater. I complained and they are willing to refund me 10% and give me a 20% coupon or I can return it to China (about $40 to return) even though it was shipped from Ohio. I've filed a claim with Paypal. This place is awful.......stay away!!

The pants I ordered are exactly as described. Very beautiful red color. Contacted customer service with questions and they were very nice and helpful!

I ordered Sherpa pullovers for Christmas presents. They are very soft and of excellent quality. They arrived within the timeframe listed on the website. Sizes do run smaller so order at least 1 size up. I would definitely order from Molypretty again.

I ordered a small grey Sherpa for my daughter but it didn’t fit, so I contacted Customer Service immediately and was told they would take care of our issue. Decided to go with a large as it seems to run pretty small. She can’t wait to receive the final product and sport this beautiful jacket!! 😍 Thanks for helping to correct things!

I ordered A jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It was too small and I lost the order number and packaging. I emailed their customer service. They quickly responded with my order number and instructions on how to get a larger size. The entire process was the easiest I experince I ever had with on-line shopping. 5-star experience!

The sweatshirt is so warm and cozy! It looks just like the pictures and is super stylish. Customer Service was great and answered back within one day! I would use again and recommend to anyone.

This is absolutely the worst site I have ever ordered from. Ordered in Nov and never even got a confirmation just the order 1 day before Christmas.Bought Sherpas that wouldn't fit a child for 2 adult girls, Real Crap. Can't return since theey don't do returns. Also CHARGED ME 19.00 TO SHIP A 15 OZ PCKG. that would cost about 5 bucks.Shoved them into plastic bags and sent them together. I am going to turn them into BBB but I am sure that don't care.Run as far away from this company as you can do Not Buy Anything from them
