We launched the Momcozy Breast Pump Bra in 2017 with the intention of solving a problem mothers faced. Breast pumping technology at the time was not optimized for the lifestyle of being a parent or even a working mother. We weren’t content on simply letting mothers choose between their life or their child’s when there could be a world designed for both. As a team filled with mothers ourselves, we couldn’t ignore it anymore! So with the help of our dedicated community, we set out to create a product that’s not just designed to give mothers more choice, but to transition the industry towards a new goal, to involve mothers in the design process for their betterment. Since then, we’ve only done more towards our mission of empowering moms all over the world to feel beautiful and powerful in comfort. From our quick technology evolutions year on year to our full range of specially designed maternity products made for the occasion, we treat all our product lines as essential items, because that’s what they are to our users.

I chose to use the Momcozy M6 Mobile…

I chose to use the Momcozy M6 Mobile Style - this model is amazing for moms on the go. Unfortunately one of my pump motors randomly broke after 3 months of use. After submitting a claim, Momcozy responded promptly and not only replaced the motor, but sent me a brand new set of pumps. Great customer service!

Super helpful team

I had a problem with my pumps and contacted the Momcozy team to explain the issue. I got a super quick response and the team were so lovely and sent me a replacement pump the next day. This was so helpful as I had gone back to work and needed to pump. I am so grateful to the team for sorting my issue out so quickly.

The carseat adapters don't fit my…

The carseat adapters don't fit my current carseat even tho the website said it would. I purposefully chose the momcozy change&go because the website said it would fit my carseat with these adapters. I have now spent well over $600 on a stroller that doesn't even work. I spent another $400 on the momcozy camera and bottle washer. In total over $1000 to buy everything in one shot.

There was a mistake in the prior order and this was a replacement and I didn’t get the correct pieces

Ordered from Momcozy on 18th April…

Ordered from Momcozy on 18th April (Order #JJ1615866) and my order is still showing as “waiting for details” with no dispatch or delivery update.
Tried contacting support multiple times and only received automated responses about ticket merging — no actual answer to my query.
At this point, there’s been zero communication, no timeline, and no accountability.
Would not recommend based on this experience. If this isn’t resolved, I will be pursuing a refund through my payment provider.
