Breast pumping technology at the time was not optimized for the lifestyle of being a parent or even a working mother. We weren’t content on simply letting mothers choose between their life or their child’s when there could be a world designed for both. As a team filled with mothers ourselves, we couldn’t ignore it anymore! So with the help of our dedicated community, we set out to create a product that’s not just designed to give mothers more choice, but to transition the industry towards a new goal, to involve mothers in the design process for their betterment. Since then, we’ve only done more towards our mission of empowering moms all over the world to feel beautiful and powerful in comfort. From our quick technology evolutions year on year to our full range of specially designed maternity products made for the occasion, we treat all our product lines as essential items, because that’s what they are to our users.

We had provided you with a prepaid return label, but you chose not to use it and instead arranged the return with another carrier on your own.

Unfortunately, our warehouse has not received your returned package. If you are certain that you sent the items back to the correct address, could you please provide us with the proof of delivery from the carrier you used? This will allow us to verify the delivery with the carrier and process your refund once we confirm receipt at our warehouse.

Good customer service

Good customer service, had to have an item replaced and they quickly responded and sent a new one. However, they were not interested in taking the faulty one back to be refurbished and put back in the market. I now have two, one that doesn't really work well with nowhere to take it for either recycling or getting the issue fixed.

Most products are five star, but the M9 isn’t.

I generally love MomCozy products and have had a great experience with their customer support. I wish I could give 5 stars because most of their stuff is 5 star worthy! But more specifically - I have the M9 portable pumps and while they have served me well overall, tiny little plastic parts on the flanges break constantly. Once it started happening and I googled it, I found countless threads of it happening to other moms. And it costs $50 per replacement!!! Fortunately MomCozy replaced the parts without any fuss, and my insurance will cover replacement parts if needed as well. However, it’s clearly a major design flaw and I would almost caution people against the M9 now. Still love the company as a whole, but will approach each product with more careful review moving forward.

Disappointed for their pumps and service after sales.

I was living in France when I ordered the M5 breast pump. However, both pumps stopped working, so I contacted customer service to ask what to do since they were still under warranty.

At first, they were very helpful and offered a replacement. They also asked for additional details regarding the delivery. I had moved to Indonesia, and I asked if it would be possible to ship the replacement there, they confirmed that it was.

However, after a few days without any updates, I reached out again. I was then told that a refund had been processed.

The issue is that my French bank account has been closed since I moved abroad, so I have not received the refund. I contacted Amazon, but they were unable to assist me. I also contacted my former bank, and they confirmed that any refund sent to a closed account is automatically returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, MomCozy has said they cannot do anything further regarding this matter. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the washer+tablets bundle

I ordered the washer+tablets bundle, but only the tablets arrived. There is no separate tracking number for washer. Very confusing shipping experience.

There was a delivery issue on the baby…

There was a delivery issue on the baby monitor i purchased for my daughter. Then, when the item was shipped there was an issue that caused a delay in sending the item out. There was also an issue with the item arriving much later than scheduled. Momcozy staff were supportive and credited back the purchase price due to the multiple issues. Thank you.

One of my m6 motors only lasted 3-4…

One of my m6 motors only lasted 3-4 months. It was a gift and I couldn’t get it replaced because I didn’t have the original receipt which I understand, so they gave me a coupon to order a replacement but they sent the totally wrong pump. My bank also thought the charge from ordering the pump was fraud so my order never went through the first time so it has taken like 2 weeks to get the wrong pump sent to me. I already bought an m5 from Walmart to get me through to. This has been very stressful as a full time pumping mom.

Poor Shipping

When I ordered my replacement parts it said most people received items within 3-7 days. It took almost a week and a half for the replacement parts to even ship. Plus the 3ish days to deliver. I havent been able to use my momcozy pump in over 2 weeks, and its definitely made work difficult.

My momcozy M9 and customer support

My momcozy M9 got spoilt within a week of using. I was very disappointed, however the support team was very efficient in their response and shipping me a new replacement model which is working very well. I love the product, it’s so silent and comfortable and has replaced my primary pump.
