I purchased the M5 pump as well as the milk warmer, heater and a few pumping bras. The bras are the best I've ever owned. I had an issue with the milk warmer however they provided amazing customer service and I was sent a replacement right away. I will to continue to purchase from momcozy and refer my friends to this company.

I ordered multiple bras
I ordered multiple bras. Two of the styles were listed as pre-order. So I expected those to be delayed but I've received them. However, the others weren't and after a month I still haven't received them.

Delivery was very quick and the product is definitely worth the expense. Best part is it’s machine washable.
Poor delivery
The outer packaging was heavily damaged, with large tears, crushed corners, and multiple punctures. The box appears to have been re-taped excessively, suggesting it may have been compromised during transit or prior to delivery. The internal product box is also visibly dented and worn.
Given that this order totals approximately €900, I expected a much higher standard of packaging and care to ensure the items were protected. The current condition raises concerns not only about presentation but also about the integrity and safety of the product inside.
After contacting Seel (the added insurance i had paid), they offered only a partial refund which only covered one of the damaged items, and this was after multiple pushbacks. As my baby only arrives in September I won't know for sure until then if the items encountered full damage.
Overall the experience was very poor as a first time customer.

CHEMICAL SMELL
Updating my review! Mom cozy answered my emails and sent me a replacement pump! I'm very satisfied with how they handled it! I love my M5 and I'm so glad they were able to address my concern!
I purchased a M5 from Walmart. The case and all of the silicone parts smell so bad of chemicals. I have washed them several times, soaked them in vinegar and water and washed again. I allowed them to air dry and still I can not use the pump. I contacted customer service, they only supplied me with generic AI answers. To wash the parts etc. The pump is not usable and after google'ing this issue seems that A TON of people feel this way. Walmart denied my refund because its a breast pump!! I'm out $180 and now have to buy A DIFFERENT wearable. I will not be choosing Momcozy again.

I now have two, one that doesn't really work well with nowhere to take it for either recycling or getting the issue fixed.
Most products are five star, but the M9 isn’t.
I generally love MomCozy products and have had a great experience with their customer support. I wish I could give 5 stars because most of their stuff is 5 star worthy! But more specifically - I have the M9 portable pumps and while they have served me well overall, tiny little plastic parts on the flanges break constantly. Once it started happening and I googled it, I found countless threads of it happening to other moms. And it costs $50 per replacement!!! Fortunately MomCozy replaced the parts without any fuss, and my insurance will cover replacement parts if needed as well. However, it’s clearly a major design flaw and I would almost caution people against the M9 now. Still love the company as a whole, but will approach each product with more careful review moving forward.

Disappointed for their pumps and service after sales.
I was living in France when I ordered the M5 breast pump. However, both pumps stopped working, so I contacted customer service to ask what to do since they were still under warranty.
At first, they were very helpful and offered a replacement. They also asked for additional details regarding the delivery. I had moved to Indonesia, and I asked if it would be possible to ship the replacement there, they confirmed that it was.
However, after a few days without any updates, I reached out again. I was then told that a refund had been processed.
The issue is that my French bank account has been closed since I moved abroad, so I have not received the refund. I contacted Amazon, but they were unable to assist me. I also contacted my former bank, and they confirmed that any refund sent to a closed account is automatically returned to the sender.
Unfortunately, MomCozy has said they cannot do anything further regarding this matter. I am very disappointed.
