We launched the Momcozy Breast Pump Bra in 2017 with the intention of solving a problem mothers faced. Breast pumping technology at the time was not optimized for the lifestyle of being a parent or even a working mother. We weren’t content on simply letting mothers choose between their life or their child’s when there could be a world designed for both. As a team filled with mothers ourselves, we couldn’t ignore it anymore! So with the help of our dedicated community, we set out to create a product that’s not just designed to give mothers more choice, but to transition the industry towards a new goal, to involve mothers in the design process for their betterment. Since then, we’ve only done more towards our mission of empowering moms all over the world to feel beautiful and powerful in comfort. From our quick technology evolutions year on year to our full range of specially designed maternity products made for the occasion, we treat all our product lines as essential items, because that’s what they are to our users.

Bras are for Small Breasts

Experience was fine. The bras themselves are the issue. These bras are made for women with very small breasts. Do no purchase if you're over a C cup.

My manual pump is better

It took about a month for this to get to me and they suck they barely have any suction. I don’t know if I just got a dud or what but I will be attempting to return them. Customer service is not great either. They would not let me return item, they gave me a slight refund and then they offered me a coupon as if I have the rest of the money to afford these again….

Well I’ve only received half of my…

Well I’ve only received half of my order.. still waiting on the other half to arrive, yet there hasn’t been any update of when it will be delivered. The material yes as it is breathable, it did kind of irritate my skin down there a bit! So I went back to my 100% cotton underwear

Thankful for sterilizer

Everything is perfect with my bottle sterilizer. My son had just gotten out of the NICU after 4 months and I have been out of work so I can’t afford a bottle washer, but this is the next best thing. It makes sterilizing so much easier.

First time mom in trouble

I was very pleased with my customer experience. I felt that the team saw me not only as a loyal customer, but as a mom that needed support to continue her breastfeeding journey. The team found a solution that meet my needs very fast and was very comprehensive. Situations like the one I went through make me chose mom cozy over any other brand (my breast pump was damaged and I got a spare part in less than 72 hours).

Not worth the $$$

I really really wanted to love this pump but I am pumping nothing compared to my S12. Quieter, yes. But not worth it if I’m not getting anything to feed my baby.

Awful customer service and unreliable products

Two different sets of M9 pumps motors broke within 3 months. I reached out to customer service. It took weeks to resolve anything and I was not satisfied with the resolution. I have ordered a number of momcozy products for my first child, but I will definitely not be a customer moving forward. Awful experience all around.
