We launched the Momcozy Breast Pump Bra in 2017 with the intention of solving a problem mothers faced. Breast pumping technology at the time was not optimized for the lifestyle of being a parent or even a working mother. We weren’t content on simply letting mothers choose between their life or their child’s when there could be a world designed for both. As a team filled with mothers ourselves, we couldn’t ignore it anymore! So with the help of our dedicated community, we set out to create a product that’s not just designed to give mothers more choice, but to transition the industry towards a new goal, to involve mothers in the design process for their betterment. Since then, we’ve only done more towards our mission of empowering moms all over the world to feel beautiful and powerful in comfort. From our quick technology evolutions year on year to our full range of specially designed maternity products made for the occasion, we treat all our product lines as essential items, because that’s what they are to our users.

Momcozy V1 Pro and helpful custom service

I am currently using the Momcozy V1 pro breast pump and it has worked amazing for me. I was previously pumping about 8-10oz and now with this pump I am pumping up to 14oz. This pump has really good suction which I appreciate, as I am a full pumping mommy. The customer service team has been amazing to me as well. They really take the time to listen to your problem and help you in your situation. The delivery service was also pretty fast. My pump actually arrived ahead of its scheduled delivery date.

High-quality products.

I have purchased two products from Momcozy: the Portable Milk & Water Warmer and the All-in-one M5 Wearable Breast Pump, and I am extremely satisfied with both.

First of all, the milk and water warmer has been an invaluable help in my daily life. I absolutely love it. It has made it so much easier for me and my child to go out into the city or on trips to the forest, while giving me peace of mind knowing that I can warm milk wherever we are.

My second purchase, the breast pump, has also been incredibly helpful in my everyday routine. When the charging suddenly stopped working, I contacted customer service. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement product free of charge. Excellent customer service and high-quality products.

I highly recommend Momcozy.

M9 Mobile Flow Breast Pump, Customer Service

I ordered the M9 Mobile Flow Breast Pump. The pumps worked great however, the power/motor quit working after 10 or so uses. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and able to replace the product promptly. After much more than 10 uses, the new pumps have not had any issues so far. But if an issue does arise, I’m confident customer service will assist in getting it resolved!

Very good service and fast resolution of my problem

Very good service , had a leak with the original washer and they asked me a video of the problem and than they shipped me a new one after seeing my issue. Very appreciated the fast resolution of my problem. I recommended them for sure :)

One of my pump is broken

One of my pump was broken, it was not sucking and I told them .. within only view days they are sending me a new pump with nicely packaging like they sell it on their website. I was so happy with the customer service! Thank you Momcozy

Burnt out motor…

So I’m an exclusive pumper and the motor died after 4 months of use. I fin this unacceptable with a pump this price and advertised as hospital grade. It’s not cheap for it to be burning out so fast!! 2 starts because it’s comfortable and customer service sent me a new pump because it was still in warranty period but the fact the motor burnt out is a big red flag with these I expected to have this at least a couple years tbh I’ve had things that have lasted years if taken care of.

Bras are for Small Breasts

Experience was fine. The bras themselves are the issue. These bras are made for women with very small breasts. Do no purchase if you're over a C cup.
