I had a replacement for the flange that got damaged under warranty. Saved us a fortune in cost trying to replace it by ourselves. Thank you for the help and support. If every company is this proactive. Life would be easy.
Poor order experience and communication
I ordered a Momcozy Kleenpal from the momcozy official website on 9 May,and got an order confirmation email.
Since then (12 days), it has been radio silence. No comms on delivery, no updates at all, except for their spam marketing messages.
I had to reach out today via their support email and was told they had no stock! How come I was able to place an order if you had no stock!? To make matters worse, on their Amazon store, I can see stock available for delivery in a couple of days... clearly shows a disjoint somewhere.
Not a great experience starting out and not pleased at all. I bought this as a gift for a friend so asking for a refund, at this stage, is counter-productive.
I hope they'd communicate better and manage their stock levels better.

Really great and helpful customer service. One of the motors stopped working on my pump, and after I provided a video showing the issue I was sent a fully new pump set. I received multiple notifications as the new pumps shipped as well. Very thankful for the amazing customer service.
