Momence is a great platform for running my business. I appreciate the ease of flow with setting up and maintaining all the background elements to my schedule, payments, reports, and more. Their customer service is excellent, always able to quickly help me resolve issues that I'm having in the moment. It's not perfect but it's often just because of my own learning curve! I used to use a well-known competitor and so happy to have made the switch a few years back.

I have been using Momence for years to schedule classes, build a private video library and now I am hosting my online course there. The reason I chose this platform is not because it is the fanciest or the most high tech.Visual is pretty basic, and features are pretty basic as well. BUT: to start my business with an excellent cost and an always reliable customer service is the best. I only have to pay after I make any sales and whenever I have a technical question or issue there is someone helping me immediately even in the middle of the night. I will keep on using them until I no longer find what I need in their service. I recommend to anyone who is just starting a business

Late last year, we made the decision to switch to Momence, hoping for improved tools and services. Unfortunately, from implementation to present, the experience has been deeply disappointing.
Several key aspects of implementation were left incomplete, requiring escalation. When concerns were raised, the CEO was dismissive, defensive, and demonstrated a clear lack of concern. The support team routinely allows urgent tickets to go unanswered for days—even weeks—only to later admit the request was placed in an unmanaged queue.
Although they promote fast, responsive support via chat, the reality is far from that. The chat agents often struggle to answer even the most basic questions about the platform, leading to further delays and frustration.
Don’t be misled by the sleek design of the app. Switching to Momence was a costly mistake for our business. I strongly advise others to consider alternative vendors who take support and service seriously.

We signed with Momence in 2023 based on multiple written promises: that our members would cover credit card processing fees, that we'd have unlimited SMS, and that platform onboarding would be fully supported.
None of those promises were delivered.
We provided our Stripe agreement before onboarding. But Momence misconfigured the fee settings, causing us to unknowingly absorb over $200,000 AUD in card fees for more than 12 months. When we eventually discovered a toggle to pass on fees, our clients were then overcharged — because Momence hadn’t synced our Stripe terms.
They have since denied responsibility, ignored calls for resolution, and recently started charging platform fees against our revenue without consent.
When we asked for access to recordings and proof of their claims, they went silent.
We’ve filed complaints with the ACCC, BBB, and Stripe Partner Program, and are now proceeding with legal action.
This has cost our business financially and operationally — but more than anything, it’s been a masterclass in how not to treat a customer. If you value transparency, integrity, or long-term support — look elsewhere.

Moved to Momence as old software was hard for the end user to navigate and manage their own memberships. Now much simpler, user friendly.
Onboarding process was also very useful. Great product, well worth the cost.

Whenever I have a question because I haven’t learned something yet, I get onto chat and receive immediate responses and the easiest directions to help me. They are so competent and thorough. I am learning at the same time I am problem solving to better understand the software and what I can do to be more efficient. It’s empowering!
