If you received an item with a stain on it that got missed during our checks before dispatching it, then if you got in touch with us, we would have arranged for a return and/or a replacement. I don't what my garments looks like or I am happy because Momina collection rudely cancelled my order without my knowledge. Momina collection do not know what customer service is. Did I asked for my order to be cancelled? No I did not

Your order was placed over the weekend using Standard Delivery and had not yet been dispatched. Before the order was processed, you left a 1-star review criticising our delivery timeframe and return policy.
As these policies would not have changed if the order had been shipped, and it was clear from your review that you were unhappy with them, we made the decision to cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund to avoid further issues.
No payment was retained and no goods were shipped.

I really like this item. The quality is good and it fits perfectly. The material feels comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. Delivery was also quick. I would definitely recommend it.

Disappointing
A suit was sent to me, clearly the wrong size and the stitching down both sides had been taken out, you could see the overlock stitching was visible and damaged material at the bottom. Took a while to get a response, however I did get a refund.
Return policy is only 14 days and you have to pay for postage, was unable to return in time and not even offered a credit note or exchange.

The second return request was made outside of the 14-day window, after you had a change of mind. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond the two-week period.
