I was called by Jennifer today to discuss my account, she informed me I still had a little over $3000 to use if I needed to and I told her my business had been concluded with my roofing company and that I would not be using the remaining cash. We discussed my plan to pay it off within the next year to meet the 0% interest requirements. Jennifer was a joy, a pleasure and an outstanding representative. She was courteous, affable, and I could feel her smile through the phone. I told her I would be happy to leave a very positive rule about my interaction with her and this I am doing. I called Monday to tell them that I would be paying the account in full on Friday. They still let it go to my credit report for four days late charges. It would be nice if they took it out of the system so late charges do not show up on my credit report.

Jaqueline is a very sweet person on the phone ,easy to understand and finished my transaction with her in less than 5 minutes. She explained to me in detail what I’m going to do in case I have questions. The only reason why I gave 4 is because nobody emailed me that the payment was declined when I did my payment on line 2 weeks ago.

The lady that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. She was able to further assist me in setting up my account and answered all the questions at I had.
