I ordered the 5 gallon cover about a year ago and love it ❤️. I ordered another for a Christmas present for my mother-in-law. She loves it too!!! It is a great well made product, fits perfectly and is a great conversation piece. Thank you for the great product and customer service 😊

Delivery was dependable and very expedient.

I like the product, it works as advertised. I have previously purchased a similar mat from a different company. While the quality of the mats is comparable, the other company provided the non-slip under layer to put under the mat. Momo should provide this essential piece as well.

The faucet looks great and is quiet. Customer service has been fantastic trying to assist us with a minor issue.

So far very pleased with this item. At first I had a few times with spills, but now that I amused to it, it works well. I will add that the instruction paper is so small it is hard to read. I haven’t been able to figure out the programable features, so I just use it on manual.

I wanted a simple stone rug to replace something that I had that was similar in a way but it was too old. This product was exactly as described, and I am enjoying it. My husband is too. I want to buy more but I don't have any where to really put them right now. I will figure something out though. It arrived fast too. Great shower mat for that everyday luxury!

The ease of website use. The excellent quality of the product. The packaging was very well made and appealing. Shipment was really fast and package arrived in excellent condition. The cost was fair. The product is a gift and I only need the recipients' satisfaction.

First of all I was impressed how quickly I received my order. Loved the MoMo Dry Pad for my kitchen sink so much, I decided to order 4 more for my bathrooms and for a gift for my daughter. My second order was delivered even sooner. I placed my second order on Tuesday 11/22/22 and received it on Saturday 11/26/22. That was over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very happy with the product and the great customer service.

They made it right! My water dispenser was defective and they made it so simple and easy to have it replaced. Great cust svc.

Nice and quiet

Was larger than expected which is good. Have only used once, but food was nicely cooked. Please don't ask to tip employees for an on-line order. It is tacky. Tips are meant to be for good service in an industry that provides a service.

The package arrived heavily damaged.
Update: Customer Service promptly replied and resolved by refund me.
I am looking forward to trying the product when it will become available.

Unfortunately there was a technical issue with my airfryer but Daniel at customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Customer service was excellent even though my purchase did not work out. The only reason I could not repurchase was because of a time constraint with needing the product right away. I do greatly appreciate the company taking care of their customers. Would repurchase from them again

I was looking for a water dispenser and Amazon was overwhelming. I saw too many dispensers that looked questionable, so I searched elsewhere. I found Momo, ordered the dispenser and cover set and am glad I made that choice. Everything works well and is easy to use with no questionable parts or unclear instructions.

I contacted Momo regarding an issue with the ceramic coating wearing off. Soon enough they shipped me a brand new unit! Prompt and efficient service! Better than Amazon!!

Wish I could remember what I was searching for when I saw very informative site about Momo-lifestyle bath mat.
I liked the information presented and that this product is better than stepping out of a shower onto the rug you stepped on yesterday and the day before. My order was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. It’s been only a few days of use so far and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

The MOMO water dispensing is great. Fills up the water glass so fast with smooth action. Definitely a great buy! Holds a charge for a long time and charges quickly.
