Poor quality jumper and incorrect sizing- returned via Hermes to find I only received a partial refund. You have to pay for delivery and returns!
I’d advise people to shop elsewhere and avoid this company

I received an item that was inferior quality and wrote an honest trustpilot review. The company insisted I remove the review before they would refund me, which I did.

The refund eventually arrived minus the delivery charge. I pointed out that under distance selling regulations, the buyer is entitled to a refund of delivery charges but they again refused. Illegal practices!

PayPal refunded the charge as a matter of goodwill even though my dispute wasn't considered as it was outside of PayPal remit.

The item i ordered was no where near the correct size so I had to return it, am still waiting for my refund!

Fabric not as soft as it looks on the picture but fits well & I enjoy wearing it

Ordered a size 12-14 (normally a size 10) and it is quite small

Fabric great and quality great, ordered an xl size but came up small in the legs,couldn’t return it as my son washed it hoping that it would stretch, lovely item only problem not long enough if you are tall.

I had to return a Christmas jumper & momofashion we’re 5/5 for the fastest & helpful respond I’ve ever received from an online store. Very very impressed!

Nice jumper dress but shorter than anticipated despite purchasing a bigger size, there is no give in the wool material. Not washed yet so hopefully doesnt shrink further. As returns are at own cost I will not be returning but will wear with leggings underneath.

Received the wrong sized item but got a very quick response and apology. Happy with the outcome. Very easy to deal with and very helpful.

I never got to receive my order due to a system glitch with stock numbers. However, I was refunded very quickly and the company are going to keep me updated if/when they get more stock in.
