Misleading on prices, particularly for business fares

I use Momondo as it's the one that finds the cheapest flights against Kayak (the parent company actually), Skyscanner, Kiwi and Google Flights.
The search options are top notch.

Hi everybody. I to have been scammed from platform momondo®hotels229
They take me a huge amount money to doing reviews for hotels and now I cant get my money back. I try contact with customer servise but just keep getting told you cam wothdraw your money when you have paid the negetive amount and do the order however they want over 9000 as a negetive amount. Tried explaining this is a large amount of money I don't have. It was never mentioned toe when started that there would be luxury package and would be asked to pay large amounts in. I have lost 8000 already woth this company and can not get this back.
This company is a scam, people avoid at all costs

Momondo are a con getting people to write great reviews and pay them in commission through banine a online crypto and they get you to deposit money to get a greater commission but really conning people through it

Higher prices when you continue to book a flight than the one displayed on their site. Time wasters. Do NOT recommend.

As per other reviews on this site, I wouldn't recommend them at all as they promote and support very dodgy travel agents - in my case, Gotogate. We paid extra for a flexible ticket - they refused to change the return flight after spending 2 hours on hold, and if you push, they just put the phone down on you. Told Momondo (Esther in Consumer Support) and they said they are just a conduit but would speak to the Gotogate representative - well, of course, nothing came from it. I will try and go through the bank to get a refund but am not holding my breath. AVOID!!!!

My first experience on the site, I was referred to as a fraudulent Dream World Travels.
NO ticket, No refund, No customer Service.

PLEASE AVOID RECOMMENDATIONS FROM MOMONDO. They seem to profit from the scam.

Unfortunately it seems that Momondo is not pre-vetting the travel agents it promotes, leading to fraudulent sites selling people non-existent tickets. As a global reputable search site, Momondo should be accountable for which travel agents it allows to advertise/sell flights on its platform. I appreciate they cannot be always responsible for bad service, but in our case we were sold non-existent flights by a company DreamWorldTravel, which is basically a fraud. I was astounded when I read other reviews for this company - they have been defrauding customers for years, way before COVID, taking thousands of pounds and not issuing tickets and then "cancelling" them at the last minute, making people apply and wait months for refunds!

Surely Momondo as a global responsible business should be checking the reputation of partners it promotes and makes money from..

Momondo does seem a good search engine at first, however they don't seem to care about which companies they redirect you to.
Dream World Travel is one of the companies who regularly pop up on Momondo, and I have had nothing buy misery trying to get a refund from Dream World Travel - it's been almost 10 months trying to get them to refund me. A quick search shows that many, many people have also had awful experiences with Dream World Travel, and many have taken them to court, yet Momondo still use them on their site. Be very careful which companies they refer you to - do a check on them before purchasing your tickets or you could find yourself in a difficult situation.
MOMONDO NEEDS TO STOP USING DREAM WORLD TRAVEL !!

I used Momondo who went to Bravofly to book a flight from Bangkok to Manila onto Brisbane for May 4 on January 3 2022 with Phillipines Airlines last wensday received email flight rescheduled to Friday 6 then received email from Bravofly with the same update,then I tried to change it to May 5 with their their manage the booking said there is no flight on the Thursday it was cancelled look Phillipines website they weren't then I was sent a email from Bravofly that my reschedule was now Saturday then contacted Momondo and received a message from Daniel who contacted Bravofly and tried to help me but spending an extra 3 days in Bangkok carried to greater risk of catching Covid 19 as I am 72 years old then I could not cancel on their app as there is only a phone number that never answers so had to ask Daniel at Momondo to request my cancellation and still don't know if it has been done as Bravofly are impossible to contact or get a reply a complete disaster. I paid for a ticket on May 4 they both think it's okay to change your original flight by 3 days and had to book another airline which I did lost around 412 Euros or 12500 baht Momondo customer service tried to help even though they did not have to,Bravofly just a scam where they put as many roadblocks in a customers way if there is a problem. Avoid momondo as they promote dodgy travel agents. I used momondo to book my flight tickets and they redirected to Bravofly - a company that is known for not providing or delaying refunds (something I didn't know at the time). I feel so stupid for not checking Bravofly reputation earlier but I used momondo, a known search engine which would definitely not use dodgy agents, right? Wrong!! Now Bravofly claims that my flight is cancelled (even though it is not - I checked with the airlines) and I await my refund. Unfortunately this is a typical practice for Bravofly. Now the worst part: I emailed momondo 8 times and did not hear back, they simply don't care. AVOID AVOID AVOID

avoid, redirects you to travel agencies with poor business practices like mytrip.com (swedish company). latter website charges half the price of the ticket on rebooking for 1 leg of the journey, just 2mins after making an incorrect booking. i can confirm, majority of the charges comes from travel agency (service charge (high) + rebooking fee(high) + fare difference (very small)), not the flight operator I can confirm. you can see they are tacking on senseless charges. had rebookings in the past with skyscanner, ba and easyjet, with no extra cost when done within time limit, usually a hr or 24hrs.

Terrible service with dream world travel. Momondo couldn’t do anything at all. Very disappointed with this agent. I have reported them to the CAA as well as ATOL. What a joke

I do however like the option of selecting an origin airport and then destination of “anywhere” sand can see what flight routes are available to me in my budget. The downside is that it only looks at economy seats and nothing more. If it looked at premium economy or business / first then it would take your site to a whole new level as it would show me the cheapest routes for luxury travel

I am glad to be booking the hotel with momondo
