Great Value For Money.

I have ordered several CDs from the German part of Momox and thankfully received great quality products, quick delivery and great value for money. I cannot say enough good things, so I felt it was time I wrote a solid review for them. Many of the products I have bought are ‘way’ more expensive elsewhere, so I feel super grateful for money saved and the experience I have had through excellent consistent communication and delivery. 10/10

Momox ignores complaints

It has been more than two months that Momox has been ignoring the complaint I sent to them regarding the loss of some books. They do not rovide any solution (resend the books or reimburse their value). Awful service! Do not reccomend at all this company.

Abysmal customer service

Ordered a used Spanish language non fiction book via Amazon. MOMOX sent the completely incorrect book (an entirely different Spanish language fiction book) despite the accompanying invoice indicating the book ordered. I was instructed to return the book (initially at my expense) to a UK address with the assurance that I would be refunded both the cost of the book and the additional shipping "as soon as the package arrived". I have proof that the book was delivered, but MOMOX are now stating that they will not process the refund until the book they erroneously sent arrives back in Germany, a process which could take several weeks. This is completely unacceptable, given that the issue arose from incompetence on their part.

Not a shop to be trusted

They sent me books that were in much worse condition than they said they were. Then they never replied to my emails. I have had several incidents with them and throughout the customer service will ignore your requests and send you templates nonsense answers. Frankly, they are not cheap at all. For a few cents more per book, I will go for new books, although I am in favour of second hand items.

It feels they lost my books

The books that I offered Momox are being checked since 3.01.2025. I have sent a mail to the customers service and they asked me to be patient. It feels as my books have been diverted or lost. In this case I think I should receive the amount offered bcs I've sent them three books in excellent condition.

They threaten to close your account if you have a real problem

Be careful! If you have any problems over the most basic issue you will be blacklisted by their customer care and no one will talk to you. I thought it was a good deal until they scammed me and just repeat "it was in the terms and conditions ". I don't think every customer reads the AGB terms and conditions every time they order after years of ordering... I normally don't call out companies like this but I want to warn others about how they deal with problems. Then they write “contact qm …” I wrote to that email address several times and only received the same copy and paste response from the initial service worker (carmen h.) over and over as if she is searching out my emails and closing my emails before they can actually get to a manager because my problem is more complex than just ( it was in the agb…) OH and they threaten if I continue to ask for management or QM to respond to me they write they will “cancel my account”… hmmm.. very suspicious 🤨

Great way to empty your closet

This is a great way to empty your closet of items you no longer want or need. Use the funds to purchase new items or pay bills, etc. Very user friendly site and smooth process.

I appreciate the convenience of selling…

I appreciate the convenience of selling to Momox—submitting products is easy, and the process is straightforward. However, their guidelines for accepting items are unclear. I've sent in brand-new products that were rejected while other, less pristine items were accepted, which can be frustrating and inconsistent. Overall, it's a useful platform, but clearer standards would make it a much better experience.

Ordered 3 times from momox,icicle works cd, they sent a tape!! Natalie merchant cd scratches and jumps and finally a u2 live in miami, they sent a toto cd!! Did contact them promised to send item but never did! Don't buy buy from them!!! Update got a reply stating that they're happy to look into it! Just one problem, they've already done that and zilch! Nadal,nothing!! Just goes to show the don't read complaints properly or remedy them!!

Total scam - new books marked as "bad" sent back damaged

I sent 4 books, two of which were completely new. One of the two was completely new, but Momox reported it as being "in bad condition" and asked me to donate it.
Of course, this is a scam to make higher profits. I have a video of the books I sent in, but no reply from support so far.

If you don't want to donate the books, the shipping back is 4 euro. So I wanted them back and guess what...the perfectly new book is now damaged with a marker and broken at the bottom, which is something they did.

Not worth it. This is theft.

Scam - Sold cloths - don't do it!!!

Sold cloths there - the most expensive was marked as not in the box and the majority was rejected and "recycled". Seems like a scam shop.

as you can see, I have ordered quite a lot of CDs from you, but unfortunately most of them are not in good shape. Almost every CD has very dirty and scratched case, some of the CDs are also dirty and a bit scratched. And then there are some, that are scratched a lot, dirty a lot, almost disgustingly so, or their case is damaged beyond recognition. Also, one of the CDs is missing (• the big one - EAN 5489332785147 - CD). So I am VERY UNSATISFIED with this order. I will give you the details below, with big problems highlighted in red: *

Cheats. Do not buy or sell.

Cheats! Do not buy or sell with them. They sent me the incorrect number of books in the wrong as stated condition. Then when I tried to return them, they asked me to send the books back without tracking. I sent them back, confirmed with tracking, and they are still refusing to accept that my return has arrived.

Throughout customer service will ignore your requests and send you templates nonsense answers . Scammers. Avoid At all costs

30 books sent, 29 rejected but kept. Thieves.

sent about 30 books, most of them in brand new condition. Evaluated first on their app at 50 euros total. Sent them, very well protected. They rejected 49 of them, accepted only ONE !!

Of course they kept all the "rejected" books, and will sell them. Basically a ROBBERY.

NEVER TRUST MOMOX.

Cheaters, making money by rejecting the good conditions books

They are cheating customers. You send the books with very good conditions (almost new) and then they reject the book and wanted to send it back in 4 € or donate the book to them. They are obiously making money with this cheating fundamental. My german language book was very good almost new and they accepted first in 4.25€ and after i sent the book they rejected this..so bad service not a good company to sell books. They are cheaters, don't sell them, better to give away to someone who needs the book.

I have very bad experience

I have very bad experience. I ordered an expensive color facsimile edition of a Psalter (181 EURO), but they sent me the accompanying small booklet with a commentary. I had to phone them several times and eventually I could return the booklet. They had promised to make the return and also *to pay my cost for shipping it back* (and I enclosed the receipt for shipping), but when they paid back they did not include compensation for the shipping cost, and I also lost on currency (a lower sum in SEK was paid back) not to talk about *the several phone calls* to their customer service in Germany. This just took much trouble and costed me money. NEVER AGAIN!
