I sent 3 separate sales transactions…

I sent 3 separate sales transactions numbering in all 8 parcels. I understood from momox that the (low) prices offered were confirmed. I might add that 97% of the books were in excellent condition, like new, but l had to make the sacrifice. I have just noticed that momox has transferred a lower sum to my bank account ( comprising, it appears, the 3 sales transactions) without any explanation. I am shocked given that the prices were already incredibly low. I had accepted my losses with philosophy. I didn’t imagine that this site would scam me. . I may have misunderstood what these payments represent as there is no explanation, and maybe there is more to come. Before writing this review l tried to message you via the email address provided, but it doesn’t work. This lack of communication is not a good thing but maybe there’s a language problem.l’ve added a star and l will wait and see what happens.

The app idea is good but the process…

The idea itself it’s very good. But there are many things to improve: the customer service. Please understand that people are sending you clothes/DVD/Books and seeing them valued 30 cents (as in my cases with some books), it’s really bad. Plus clothes: I have made an order and out of 6 shirts, 0 were valued good. I can imagine you have very strict rules, but maybe it’s too much. So many people are disappointed with your service. If you are looking only for almost perfect clothes/books at least give them a proper value not few cents. Furthermore the customer service won’t help you: if they valued your item “not good”, there won’t be any help from the customer service. Also: I made a package with around 30 books, all together, but apparently 1 of those got lost. How is it possible? They were all together, in 1 box. And I read that this happens often. Maybe you should do something with this? I won’t be buying/selling anymore on your app, but I will give it another chance when the situation will get better(if). All the best.

They replied asking me to fill a form in order to complain to DHL for the missing book. But how is this DHL fault? I have put all the books together, in the same box. So unless the box arrived damaged and opened I don’t see how this is DHL fault.

Ich war Stammkunde bei Momox, aber jetzt nehmen sie das Geld, schicken den Artikel aber nicht.

I have been a regular customer with Momox but now they take the money but do not send the item.

Bieten Sie dann eine Rückerstattung an, senden Sie das Geld jedoch nicht zurück.

Then offer refund but do not send the money back.

I appreciate the response from Momox, however I have nine missing items over the past few weeks, it is not a case of one missing item.

All I ask is that Momox send items to customers.

An apology is not what a customer needs, I personally take time to research the items that I find for sale by Momox and it is the many missing that I would like to receive, not the apologies.

Previously I have had a great experience with the media that I did receive from Momox, I hope that whatever has gone wrong, things get back to normal soon.

No Item sent, no refund made!?

I was a loyal costumer, spent over thousands, until an item (that I paid for) was missing from my last order. I reported the issue immediately, and they wanted me to report it to the shipment company as if that was my responsibility, at the end they did not refund. Their costumer service is a waste of time! Total disappointment!

I sent Momox a message as per their message to me - see below. I had a feeling that it would be a waste of time as I now have no confidence whatsoever in this company. And I speak as someone who has previously bought many items from them. The fact is that I am rightfully due either a replacement item or a refund and yet they still declined to do the right thing. They sent me a form to fill in online which required a signature.
Obviously most buyers who receive this online form would not be able to complete and sign it online and just give up.
This is an impossible task on a laptop or computer, and it then provides them with the perfect excuse to avoid giving a refund. This is a deliberate and wicked ploy designed by Momox to avoid sending replacement items or giving refunds. It also breaks the Consumer Rights Act in the UK. Momox fraudulently keep your money.
The sooner this really nasty company is out of business the better for the consumer.
Their feedback here and on various selling sites speaks volumes about them. Don't be another victim of their unlawful business practices. Even if an item costs a little more. Buy elsewhere.

Seems like scam

I sent 3 items for sale to Momox. All three items were in very good condition. The items were declined for a reason which was not true, with the option to be shipped back to me and I pay for the shipping. Option 2 was for Momax to keep the items and dispose of them.....welllll to me this really looks like a scam!

First and last time

Clothes and shoes are hardly used and some are brand new and never worn are just rejected and sent back! Reason being “fleck” or “beschädigt” - if they were actually stained or damaged I would just throw them away myself and not put them up for sale! It was a waste of time and money. If it was up to me I would have liked to have everything that I sent them back! First time and last time using for sure!

Usually a good experience

Usually a good experience, however I had an issue to discuss with CS and they could not help me. They hung up on me. Very rude.

Update: I sent my contact details, I got an answer that had nothing to do with that matter. Disappointing.

Be careful when you are selling clothes…

Be careful when you are selling clothes to momox. They rejected items that were in good condition. If you want your items to be returned, they will ask you to pay the shipping.

I purchased four Zonal 0.25in x 10.5in reel to reel recording tapes from this German company costing about £35.00. Package arrived within the advertised time in a 10in x 8in Jiffy bag. Immediately I had concerns this did not contain four boxes containing 10.5in metal spools. In fact it contained a Maxwell cassette tape. I contacted the company and explained the picking error and requested the correct Zonal tape were dispatched ASAP. Oh no... I had to return the cassette tape to their UK address first, than re-order the four Zonal tape first. By this time, I was losing the will to live and was somewhat shocked to see the price of the tape had now increased!. I needed these tapes for a specific project so reluctantly shipped the cassette back and re-ordered the more expensive Zonal tapes.
Today, a 10in x 8in Jiffy bag arrived, and guess what was inside... Yep, another Maxwell cassette tape.
Needless to say, I will not be re-ordering or ordering anything from Momox GmbH in Berlin, now added to my growing list of blacklisted EC companies.
I recently read that they no longer have a UK presence because of Brexit. Thank God for Brexit I say.

It was very unreliable to sell my books

It was very unreliable to sell my valuable books to the Momox! First time they calculated book prices in lower rates. This time one book I sent has disappeared. Which means I've sent 3 books. But they accepted 2 books and are intending to pay me prices for 2 books. They claim that one book is missing or didn't arrive! I don't recommend! I will never sell books to the Momox or buy from the seller. It's unfair! But I still hope the Momox will find my third book and pay for this book!

Same pattern all over

Wow, same pattern all over. I had the exact same experience with momox: I sent my articles and then they said they claimed my books would have errors and they wouldn’t pay me the price they said they would (around 1-2 euros per book). They wanted a 4 euros fee to send it back to me.

I will try momox one more time with some books of mine now, the estimated money I should get is 77 Euros. I will keep you updated how that turned out.

This company should be investigated

This company should be investigated. I am reading the same pattern when it comes to orders. Lost orders, unsatisfied customers, money pit. My order never arrived, tracking information provided was wrong, request for correct tracking was met with vague replies. Any item shipped from Germany should reach Austria within days with DHL. Unless, this company is running some sort of drop-shipping scam.

Update: Instead of writing cheese replies on trustp, this company should not lie, cheat, and lie again. Unreal bs. A month ago they told me (and sent a DHL link) that my item was shipped. The link never worked, the item was never shipped. Now they are telling me that they don't use DHL. Save your hard earned money people, this co is bs.
