The guys who delivered my bed were second to none! Amazing customer service both from the delivery guys, who installed my bed and customer service on the phone. They checked with me the colour I wanted by sending a colour palate, communication throughout the entire experience and even though my delivery guys even were stuck in traffic they endeavoured to deliver and set up my bed. Delivery time on the actual bed was within a matter of days whereas other places I'd looked were giving me a lead-time of 6-8 weeks.
Absolutely fantastic! Would I use Monarch again, no doubt about it :)

Excellent overall experience: 2 bedrooms fully fitted, with personable customer service from start to finish - Caroline (our customer service advisor) was especially helpful and efficient; professional design visit by Craig; high standard of manufacturing/finish; high-quality fitting which was quick and easy - the fitters (John and Chris) were great, very experienced, really helpful with great attention to detail. Overall, great value for money - will have definitely have Monarch back to do further work in other parts of the house.

Dave fitted my wardrobe and cupboard for me last Thursday and Friday. He was very nice and helpful. Dave did a great job I'm really pleased with them. We'll worth the wait.

After having wardrobes fitted in one bedroom decided to have them done in other two. The box room was fine, apart from damage to walls and ceiling. However, main bedroom was very different. I asked for fitted wardrobes i.e. wall to wall. This turned out to be far from what I got. One in a recess has a filler of 5 cm plus 1 1/2 cm where the skirting board is. So I have a 5cm strip of grey wood on a white wall set way back from the original wall. There is a gap in the skirting board, and the radiator shelf, which I have no idea what to do with as the skirting board is old and not stocked by anybody. I was told that they have a 5 cm space to compensate for the walls running out. Do they not have a set square to check the angles? Yes I did get a copy of the measurements but it was so tiny I just accepted it would be fitted to the wall. Craig came back and said they could move the unit but it would have all the filler at one end. When I told Charlotte this is what he suggested she said no it cannot be done!!!! Some of the units are chipped - they were having trouble with the edging machine. The pull down clothes rail hits one of the hinges and I have been waiting 6 months for somebody to adjust it. Another rail without the ends. Quite a lot of bits of damage to wallpaper and woodwork.
The basic units are fine but it is the details that are not right. Please check all measurements carefully which is something I should have done. I ordered fitted wardrobes and I got wardrobes with a lot of fillers at the sides.

Had our fitted bedroom yesterday ,its brilliant ! So much storage . Really well made ,and our fitter David was great ! A credit to the company. Very polite , no mess, cleaned everything up , thank you David. Gary and Gaynor Bostock.

Had our main bedroom fitted by Monarch bedrooms in November. Absolutely love the design with Craig’s help, he managed to capture all my ideas. It works great and has all the storage I required. Was a little disappointed not to get it completed until today, 25th jan, but was only the dressing table mirror, and they were having supply issues. Also took 4 weeks to finish bits inside wardrobes, ie shoe racks and couple of shelves. But well worth the wait. Mike the fitter did a first class job, and was very thorough, clean and tidy.
