Great company!

Great service enabling you to make desserts you wouldn’t normally make. Recipes are easy to follow, you get all equipment provided and the taste is great!

What a great gift subscription

What a great gift subscription! I really like the fact that each one comes with the specialist equipment needed to make the dessert. My first one is a special Easter Bunny cake complete with mould and decorations. I am already looking forward to receiving next month s box.

Easy to follow recipes

Easy to follow recipes. Really tasty results. My two experiences of using customer service were very positive. Would highly recommend.

Ok but company is a bit disorganised

Good:
- nice enough recipes
- steps easy to follow
- good for vegans

Could be better:
- company a bit disorganised e.g E-Mails about boxes sent to the person who bought me the subscription and not to me even after contacting them and asking for records to be updated.
- first box was missing baking powder (luckily I had some)
- would be nice receive baking tray which can be used to cook whole mix in one go rather than in batches (ovens are expensive to run these days!)
- would prefer printed recipe as annoying and messy to have to keep referring to phone
- have received 2 of my 3 boxes but today had an email asking for review now that my subscription is over. Hoping that I will still receive my 3rd box in April.

Really nice kits; Customer service also excellent

Really nice kits, had emails on what the kits were and whether I wanted to swap or not. Customer service also excellent as had a few issues with my account but was all sorted swiftly in the end.

Not happy

You where informed that I am gluten intolerant but the hot cross buns kit I've received have gluten in them so I'm now wondering if the doughnuts last month also had gluten

Hi Cheryl, we are truly sorry you did not receive your gluten free kits as part of your subscription. We have 2 types of subscriptions and the one that came through on our service was a non-gluten free option. This was more likely than not caused by a glitch in our system but we have now fixed this.

I have swapped you over to the GF kits and reimbursed you 2 months of your gift subscription with us. We also send out 2 emails prior to every kit release and urge customers to read the ingredients and allergen list. We also have the ingredients and allergies printed on the box.

We will reach out to you via email and confirm everything through there. Once again we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Very short shelf life of product that was delivered (not even 3 weeks)not great when this is a gift. No response to emails and live chat is never available. Unable to speak to anyone to resolve the issue and zero communication.

Update 17/03 - contact and update now received, the customer service has improved dramatically.

Amazing service

Delivered my order quickly but an item was out of stock, they quickly resolved this providing me a refund and sent out another kit for the hassle free of charge would highly recommend.

Desserts have not turned up despite chasing!

I had a 3 month gift from my son. But I have never received the dessert due in January and now over half way through February, again no sign of a dessert. I had to chase the company to get my first month’s subscription in December. Very under impressed and embarrassed since this was a gift to me from family who keep asking me how the desserts are! 😕

Ordered a mixer whisk last year

Ordered a mixer whisk last year, took 3 months to arrive. This was put down to smeg so I accepted this. Ordered my partner on the “order now for valentines delivery” promotion. It’s Now the 17th and not even attempted delivery yet.

Doughnut kit was a success here.

Had emails telling me when item was going to be despatched, when it did get despatched, and what was coming. Doughnut kit arrived 2 days later and everything needed was there except milk and water. Tried it out straightaway and the recipe was easy to follow. We enjoyed them - a bit too moreish.

Didn’t receive initial order

Didn’t receive initial order, but after numerous emails received the replacement order, with a couple of items added for the inconvenience. Thank you.
Have just baked the Swedish Cinnamon Rolls, really easy to make and delicious.
Looking forward to baking the the rest of my order.

Well written recipe for cinnamon buns

Well written recipe, easy to follow. Very handy to have the YouTube link. The only negative was that the ingredients said there was coconut milk, I thought I had misplaced it but I hadn’t. There was none in the recipe. Bit odd I thought. But I was delighted with the result.

First timers

A unique experience, if a little complex as a result of one or two statements not making sense e.g. "Sprinkle the sachet of brown sugar and cinnamon", when such a sachet does not exist, but there were 2 cinnamon sachets in the box.

We are looking forward to next month's box.
