In general, very easy - both pick up and also drop off, especially now with no need for printing labels etc. BUT - if the box doesn't open, or you need assistance by telephone, the service is poor.

As a first time global relay user, I couldn't figure out how to choose a locker in which to receive a package. The code I had received would not allow me to receive the package. I asked an employee for help and he was able to get the package for me.
