In general, very easy - both pick up and also drop off, especially now with no need for printing labels etc. BUT - if the box doesn't open, or you need assistance by telephone, the service is poor.

I order stuff toy from Etsy and they sent me mondial relay to my home address but never came in home address and 12 to 17 FEBRUARY I m in my home no message an phone and no door bell, just lie when I call to customer they what in your courrier I told stuff toy baby bear and they say ok sending you tomorrow morning and 0n 17th when I wait morning till noon and call again customer care, they said sent back to sender , it’s just joke or what? Just scam.
