What an inconvenience
What an inconvenience. This is the second time my package has been delivered to the wrong pick-up point, and now I have to go out of my way to collect it.
First, I was informed via email that the package would be redirected to the correct location, and now I am being told that this will not happen.
In a situation like this, I would expect a better solution. Considering that the mistake was made by your delivery service or the pick-up partner.

Good and easy courier
Mondial Relais is a good and easy courier but they should install bigger boxes for bigger packages because in my region we do not have enough pickup points and the ones we got are supermarket where people there are not always helpful or very kind. Thanks anyway for your services

Generally I like mondial relay. However items I have sent have been broken. Of course, I must accept some responsibility for packing but I've witnessed the delivery guys being quite rough with the parcels.
