In general, very easy - both pick up and also drop off, especially now with no need for printing labels etc. BUT - if the box doesn't open, or you need assistance by telephone, the service is poor.

Complete nightmare. Avoid Mondial Relay at all costs.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mondial Relay. I shipped a package worth over €800 via Packlink, which uses your service, and the package never reached its destination.
The issue is clear and well documented: the label on the package only printed part of my surname instead of the full name, even though I entered my information correctly. When the package arrived in Italy, the tracking clearly shows it could not be delivered due to an incorrect address.
Despite this, Mondial Relay’s responses were extremely unsatisfactory: I was offered a laughably low compensation of €20.83 for a package worth over €800. Packlink had already opened a claim, and the confirmed compensation remained the same, which is completely unreasonable and insulting.
I repeatedly requested concrete assistance to receive my package at the correct address, but the official responses were only generic statements with no real solution or collaboration. It’s clear that the problem was caused by the label, and it would take very little effort to resolve: simply resend the package with the correct name to the correct address.
After two months of this ordeal, the package was suddenly declared damaged, coincidentally on the very day they announced they would stop investigating. No information about the location was given.
Based on my experience and the many similar stories I’ve seen online, I strongly recommend avoiding this courier service entirely.

The tracking history shows a complete lack of organization:
• The Loop: It went from Bonneuil to Milan, then Lyon, and finally stalled at the Harnes site on 10.03.26.
• The "Investigation" Trap: Since 17.03.26, I have received 5 different automated updates about "investigations" and "enquiries," but the parcel hasn't moved an inch in over 20 days.
• Non-existent Support: Your phone lines are always busy or never answered. The contact form only sends an automated receipt; if I don't follow up myself, you stay silent.
It has been over a month. I don’t want another automated message telling me to wait 20 more days. I need a real update or a loss claim started immediately.
Honestly, this was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
A French friend recommended Mondial Relay to me, so I decided to try it.
I dropped off my parcel on Wednesday (25th), but it was only processed on Friday, just sitting there for more than a day. After that, the delivery moved extremely slowly, barely making any progress over several days. In the end, it won't arrive until 1 April, because everything just got stuck.
On top of that, the app isn’t even available in my App Store (Germany), so I was forced to use their website which badly optimized for mobile. You constantly have to log in again and again, and the whole experience feels very poorly designed.
There’s also no proper English support, which makes everything even more frustrating if something goes wrong.
I get it. It’s a classic case of “you get what you pay for.” Trying to save money here only led to wasted time and stress.
I would not recommend Mondial Relay to anyone. Use a more reliable service, this one is simply not worth it.

Terrible service
Terrible service, will never use again. Selected a point de livraison at a carefour but the package could not be delivered there, we were asked to choose another location 30 km away which we accepted only to then be told that it could not be delivered there and the package was being returned to the online seller. Called customer service but there there was no service, just a massive waste of time. Hopeless!
Lost money and didnt receive goods
I bought something over whatnot and the delivery didn't come to my designated spot.. It went to somewhere 30mins from my place. The sender says he never received it back and I lost my money and didnt receive anything. Whatnot dont take the blame and because of this delivery service I lost it all.. They should have a way to move the parce from a place to another after checking with the receiver.
Still terrible
Still terrible. Five parcels out for delivery at the same time to the same delivery point. Two are delivered at 1.30pm, one at 2.30pm and the other two, who knows, still not delivered. For the record, they are not at the delivery point unscanned as they have no more parcels.

My brand new north face jacket was “lost” in Marseille. Called and emailed with no response. I will never trust them with my valuables again.

Horrible experience. always delayed, always mismanaged. and the communication is ZERO.
First and last time for me
I selected a pickup point easily accessible to me on foot within a few minutes, it was delivered to a pickup point that forces me to drive 40km and waste an hour of my time in traffic, while there's a dozen much closer pickup points available ! That's of course if you have a car available, by bus or train this would take several more hours. You don't even get the possibility to chose a different point ! And they even have the audacity to ask you to pickup your parcel on foot, bike or scooter ! Also don't bother contacting them about an issue like this, they'll ignore you. Needless to say I will not pickup this parcel as the costs and time outweight the value of the parcel. NEVER AGAIN !
