Worst service ever, my package is lost for 8 days and I have no idea where it is, I guess Mondial Relay also not...

I sent very tiny parcel (flat like document) to Paris with Mondial relays locker. They sent to wrong address’s locker, (one and half hour away from the correct address) .
I contacted the customer service again and again, they don’t solve the problem and keep saying lockers are full.
There are so many others lockers near where I send, and my parcel is very small so I used the very tiny container only .
I request them to re route the parcel to the correct address because the receiver cannot go and collect the parcel this far. But they refused. They carelessly drop in random address wherever they want and don’t follow the rules of where they have to deliver .
It’s been 6 days and I don’t receive the parcel returned yet and I also lost the delivery fee. How can I trust them again to send . So lack of responsibility.

Unclear delivery information. More than a week now on local delivery after 2 tries to deliver to delivery point while this point was not open these times. After that no more information. No reaction of customer service.

Transparency, clear parcel tracking and fast delivery times. If there’s anyone to look to for a well-organised and well-executed job, it’s them.

As usual - they can NEVER deliver to chosen point. Randomly dumping parcels around town - esp annoying for bigger parcels where I always pick point next to public transport, but hey no one gives a sh*t. I normally choose other providers but sometimes there is no other option I have now 15kg parcel with no public transport nearby that I will need to drag for 26mins. They don’t care about service or customers

Super service. No issue at all

They were not able to deliver package in the selected point, so they delivered it to the another city saying “this is the most faster delivery”. This is so annoying and stupid :(

Top impeccable

I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option. Where on earth is my parcel. There's no way of contacting you. You tell me the box was too big for the locker and you tell the merchant the package has been delivered. All I need to know is where? Then I'd have a slim chance of actually retrieving it.... 🙏

The shittiest delivery service ever. Received a parcel idk where from, got an invitation to collect it and it turned out this shit office is closed.

Very bad service

Terrible experience. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order, and for nearly 2 weeks the package has been shown as “in distribution” with no clear or official information about its actual location.Customer service said they would investigate, but there has been absolutely no result or update.The service is simply unacceptable, and I will never use this company again.

I was home all day on the scheduled date of delivery, but the driver never appeared at my house, and instead went straight to a local "Relay point," which is an empty storefront open only a few hours each day. I've tried 3 times to pick up my package, and no one is there. Do not use any store that uses Mondial Relay. They're a joke.

I don’t use lockers anymore because on three occasions, your employee stuffed an oversized box into the locker. Twice the doors couldn’t be opened even at a distance by your customer service. The third time, fortunately, I got help from a man who eventually was able to remove it. Other than that, your service is fairly reliable.
