In general, very easy - both pick up and also drop off, especially now with no need for printing labels etc. BUT - if the box doesn't open, or you need assistance by telephone, the service is poor.

Random inconvenient point relais

Every time I ask for a point relais, it is not respected. My parcel gets delivered to another one with very inconvenient or impossible opening hours. Just annoying experience since months now.

Package has been stuck on the same spot…

Package has been stuck on the same spot for 2 weeks. The ai chat bot is useless and after i finally get in contact with someone from mondial relay they say it will take them up to 21 days to resolve the issue. This is the last time I will be using mondial relay.

Absolutely ridiculous service from Mondial Relay.

I selected the Lidl Beggen locker because it is near my home. Without my consent, I was informed that my parcel will ultimately be delivered to a pickup point around 12 km away, even though several other relay points are available much closer!

What is the point of offering “convenient” relay delivery if customers are forced to travel 12km to collect a parcel?

This is not a small inconvenience. it is simply bad logistics and terrible customer service!

I will seriously avoid using Mondial Relay in the future.

Delivered package to wrong city

Instead of delivering package to my home in Amsterdam (the shipping address), they sent it directly to a locker storage pickup location in another city (Weesp). This location is 90 minutes away by public transport to get to.

Complete disregard for selected delivery location(s)

*In France : I ordered a package on-line on April 18th, selecting a pick-up location (lockers, no other option available) near me. On April 25th, I received a message saying that my selected pick-up location was unavailable. Using the link provided, I dutifully selected another AVAILABLE location near me. On April 28th, I received a message saying that my package was available for pick-up at a location I did not even know existed, a 45-minute round trip walk from the pick-up location I had selected on April 25th. This was a completely unreasonable distance (I do not have a vehicle). On April 29th, I called Mondial Relay to ask that my request be honoured and the package delivered (as promised) to the location selected. The lady assured me that she would place a request for my package to be transferred to the correct location. On April 30th, having received no indication that my requests had been acted upon, I called Mondial Relay a second time. The man who responded assured me that the request was in progress and that in 3 or 4 days, my package would be at the pick-up location requested. On May 6th, still having received no word, I see that even though the tracking information states that my request was noted on April 29th, the package was returned to sender on May 5th. I can only conclude that the elaborate "select the location nearest you" service is a complete joke and that the service agents answering the phones have only empty promises to offer. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this company at all, to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. It's over a week that my package is stuck in a distribution centre since the 29th, and it's impossible to get any information because they made it impossible to reach any form of customer support representatives! You can "fill out a form" which when you go to do they want you to actually sign up as a business to be able to send in your question! What absolute nonsense is this?! What's happening with my parcel?!

JUSTICE AND PACKAGES NOW !!!!

TrustPilot should enable the option of giving 0 stars… 1 star is too much for a company that doesn’t give a damn about the customers and the packages they should be timely delivering. I have a few packages at the moment that are lost, stuck in their processing centers, or which status is “out for delivery” for days. I have reached out to them, and what do they do ??? They put a note in the tracking information that says “processing package information request”. THIS IS A JOKE !!! They are not doing anything !!!! What do we have to do to get our packages delivered !?!?!!

The company's service is just a disaster

The company is just a disaster! Used twice, first - they just lost my parcel (I just got someone else's parcel with a cheap flower pot while my order was worth 300+ euros), and another order I made for replacement of this disaster, they just sent it to some point, which I need to take a subway to get it or just simply walk for 30 min just to get there. Don't recommend at all!

I've had a horrible experience…

I've had a horrible experience with this company. I received a parcel from Spain at a pickup point (in another town than my hometown) in The Netherlands. The automated email that we received on Tuesday 12/04 of delivery completely stated the wrong dates (held until 08/02) for collection. On Saturday I received a reminder for the pick up that told me that the parcel would be held until Sunday (17/04) at this PickUp point. However this PickUp point was closed on Saturday and Sunday and had very limited opening hours. This parcel was held only three (accessible days) at this PickUp point. I've tried contacing Mondial Relay and the PickUp point, but the response time is super slow and they do not offer any help. The people at the PickUp point where above this extremely rude. The idiocracy of shipping something from Spain to the Netherlands and offering a window to collect of three days is absurd. Especially given Mondial Relays "mission to offer a more sustainable shipping option". I've sent multiple emails to address all the mistakes on the (nl version of the) website and the email, but without any response to these facts. It's a complete mess and I cannot believe that this company is doing nothing to address their mistakes.

Lost my package. Can't get refund or compensation.

My package (15556322) was lost. The customer service is terrible. I sent the package on Dec 4, 2025, and for weeks there's no answer. I chased them and on Jan 7 2026 they told me by email notification that the package was lost. However, there's no way I can get a refund or compensation from their website. I also couldn't get a phone call. This whole thing just got left unresolved. Today I received their marketing email and remembered how bad this company is, and decided to leave a review. Honestly the worst experience I had with a carrier company my whole life.

Package contains a Chanel makeup bag, with a harddrive full of photos I took from the past 10 years. And some physical copies of the photos. I lost money and a lot of valuable memories.
