I was interested in investing a small amount of money to see how this works. The first few contacts were very good, i was given advice on investments with Forex and I enjoyed learning. Then the pressure started. I was beginning to dread the calls as I was constantly pushed to invest more money. Because it had been going well I did give in and invest more, which was money I couldn't replace but was assured that I would gain. Then the pressure increased and they wanted me to get a loan for 25,000.00 to set up a savings account. I said that I was wanting to withdraw and they said that I can't as I haven't got enough leverage!! my advice, steer clear, I was an idiot to get pulled in and now I'm suffering

Do NOT invest with this company.
The company adviser is all very friendly whilst showing you the website and how to invest, but the only way you can get your money back is via cryptocurrency ( then to Resolut / Monzo card and then to your bank account. ) However, as my bank told me, once it is in cryptocurrency, they have no control over it.
Very early on I was asked if I was married, if I had a private pension or any ISA's so my alarm bells were sounding very early on. He always phoned me bang on time for our 'phone meetings' whilst he was showing me how to invest but failed to phone for our last phone meeting when I was going to take my money out.
We normally shared screens via Zoom for these meetings but on the penultimate phone meeting he still managed to see my screen without connecting via Zoom ( Post Office Scandal ?? ).
We then made arrangements for a final meeting to arrange for my money to be refunded to my card - but funnily enough he was never available for that phone meeting as he was with a more affluent client.
He also previously said how he would send me more details about the stock market including ' forex' on Whars App, but these never arrived.
Yes as with the previous review, once you see a bit of profit he was keen for me to start investing a lot more. I wish I had looked at the FCA website before handing money over and I hope you read this before handing over any money too. Still waiting for my Credit Card to be re credited and will now contact my bank and most probably will make a report to the FCA but as you will see from this site, the FCA are already well aware of this company.
Update 21st October 2024
On asking Monetio last Friday to refund my initial fee of $249 (£189.28), they told me it is for a training course and I should ask for the money back via Market Masters Pros, Bright Lane Academy Ltd., 128 City Road, EC1V 2NX Tel 07456 414787 who I originally gave the money to.
After emailing the generic customer services at Market Masters Pros, I have managed to get the name of Jack Rhodes who has told me " Please note that the request will be reviewed without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to be refunded for your Educational Package ".
So let's see what happens.
Please note - MONETIO ARE BEING FLAGGED BY THE FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority ) so why are Market Masters Pros dealing with them??

I made a deposit and traded for a while, but was constantly pressured to put in more money, suggesting I borrowed money to invest, promising huge returns. I resisted and the money grew modestly. But when I tried to withdraw the funds they made it as difficult as possible, finally saying I had bought a training package and they would not refund that initial payment as yet I have not got the profits either. I am glad they are so bad, as if I had been able to withdraw profits I might have invested more.

Very sophisticated scam. Signed up and got pestered with a so called "Success Manager. Did a few trades and asked for my money back. (Invested $316, account then stood at $400) Was told I had to withdraw Bitcoin.
Asked them to put my money on the credit card they had taken it from, but they refused. Took a call from someone representing the company who said they were ready to process my refund, but first I had to pay the tax on the money in my account, which they said was $47,000. In other words if I paid $9,400 I could have my $400???
Stay clear.

Honesty and integrity are very important in a business. But this people lack both, they never keep to their words and at the end still rob you.

Sophisticated scam. Got me to invest in 'BP shares'. I made a payment of £249 to learn to trade and was assured the money was still mine and I could withdraw it at any time. I placed 3 forex trade. At the next call, I was told the market had gone down and was told I needed to invest more (£250) and I'd get a bonus and I wouldn't be able to get back my unused deposits back unless I did. I made the £250 payment and made a large trade in gold (as they wouldnt give me back the unused deposits, so I was going to lose it anyway). I got a call 2 weeks later to say it had gone down and it was my fault for not trading etc and I would need to make other payments to get it back. I had contacted my bank and credit card who couldn't help. I cut my losses and said "I'm out". I had no more money to invest and if I had, it wouldn't be with them. The personal mentors are nice to you while they are pushing you to make payments for bigger rewards. They ring several times a day from different mobile numbers and harass you. Steer Clear.

UP DATE; post my review my money has now be paid. Cleared today 17 days on but I’m grateful for a resolution.
At first glance this seems like it could be a good investment, easy to place some money in, but then I’ve been trying to make a small withdrawal Since the 12th of September it’s still says ‘pending’ ! Very unhappy. the 5 days required in their t&c’s has passed twice over and still no Payment . I have already emailed the company many times on the address they list here (so no need to re post that suggestion as I have checked the address listed here against the one I’ve emailed and it’s the same) and opened multiple service desk enquiries through my Monetio account (which proves yes I am a customer of theirs so no point in saying that I’m not) and still has not been actioned!
They might be able to redeem themselves slightly if they actually help me with a withdrawal. Seems like they’ll take your money quick enough but drag their heels if you want to try & actually withdrawal any . Grrrr

My manager Luka has been very helpful in my dealings and has guided me through the system very well since I have joined it. So far I have made roughly 25% profit in my dealings and I am very pleased.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company for 8 weeks without success.
The email and phone numbers do not work and you get an automated reply if an email gets through.
I hope Trust Pilot can help me get in touch with someone as this issue can easily be resolved.
I do not wish to give any positive reviews until I can speak with someone who can assist me which is all I require thank you

I still haven't heard from monetio, in their response they said to send them an email but the email address is incorrect so my email keeps bouncing back. Please I need my refund.

started well for a very short time, followed by very persuasive arguments to increase investment by borrowing from banks by massaging details on the applications, several times, to keep the account "going". Bad and intermitent advice by"success manager" in what to invest in and to hold onto failing investments resulting in much bigger losses, ultimately loosing all £28000.
No doubt I am not and never have been a client!

I have been trading with Monetio for over a month. At the start its all singing and dancing. More interested in how much you can deposit than the trading itself. After making a couple deposits totalling approx 5000 i have managed to grow account to over 15000. That is were it all changed. Trades not being placed when you execute a trade. The spread price being shown is not the price you are getting. On chart showing your trade should be in profit, but you can be 40 to 50 pips of a difference between chart and the price you are getting, so trade is always running at a loss. There advisor keeps running you round in circles and wont answer any questions. I could keep going on about what is wrong with this site. Nothing seems right about it. I have other trading accounts with other providers. When on one this morning i opened two identical trades. On Monetio trade is running at minus 162usd, on other account same trade opened at same time is now running at 204usd in profit. When i asked advisor about this i have been given the run-around again, with him not willing or unable to answer my question. He has now resorted to calling me an idiot and don't know what i am doing, i have over two years of trading experience. I have a load of screen shots of trade chart and watsapp messages, that i am willing to share. I have now submitted a withdrawal request, but not holding out much hope of getting my money out. Will update what happens with that.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS PROVIDER, There are plenty of reputable providers out there. This is not one of them.
Now have 5 missed calls from my advisor who has become increasingly aggressive over the day.
UPDATE.
After e mailing there customer support, I got a phone call from account manager, who would not let me talk, everything was about what he had to say. Very arrogant and abusive on call. During this call account manager said I would not
be getting my money out. Nothing was solved, if anything this has made maters worse.
On further emails to customer support, all they do is refer you back to terms and conditions, that are not on there site so you cant actually read them.
I have now been told that I entered into a credit agreement with them. This was done without my knowledge or consent. I have now asked for a copy of said credit agreement.
I have now reported this to the relevant authorities.

They've been avoiding my payout requests for several weeks. Every effort to contact them and find a solution was unsuccessful. I've switched to Sanven_LLC and it's been game changer for me. I received my last payout a few minutes ago.

If I could give minus stars I would. There’ll be a reply after this stating I’m not a customer. It will be a lie. They are liars and thieves. We have had it confirmed by Action Fraud Uk that this is a scam and they are thieves. I will not get back my money but hopefully this review will save yours. Shameless liars and thieves.
