Con artists. I 'invested' a very small amount and initially 'made a profit'. However once they realised I wouldn't invest more until they'd demonstrated how I'd get my funds through Revolut they lost interest. They set up meetings via What's App and simply don't show. They charge random 'commision' without explaining it. Don't go near them as they are con artists.

My account has had trades removed and there is now no trading history. You 'invest' a small amount, in my case $20 - $30 but if the trade remains in the red then they simply take money out of your account to cover it. I was led to believe that when you 'invest' $30 , your loss risk is $30 dollars not everything in your account.

The fact I invested £250 and lost is irrelevant. The fact that this company have bombarded me with calls since and been downright rude, is a disgrace. I have been onto the fraud squad over them

This is nothing more than a scam!
After investing the initial £250 it wasn't long before my money "apparently " was making interest and I was offered the opportunity to increase my investment. Which I declined. The amount of time involved with my contact was just something I couldn't manage so after 4 weeks I decided that this wasn't for me.
Bearing in mind that I had increased my money I asked that only the original amount be paid back- my advisor could keep whatever profit he made!
Despite repeated emails I have not received one reply or seen my money!
I expect if this is the way they operate they must be very successful.
I would appreciate any helpful information as to how I get my money?

Please, please stay away from them, this is just an update, they have asked me to give more info so they can help All they do is give you ticket numbers and then say its resolved, if you put money in you will never get it back.

This is the scam company. Please don't invest you money because 100% you never can withdraw you money . That happens to me. I invest money , i done over hundreds transactions and when i want to withdraw my money every time my request was rejected with no explanation. SCAM

I’ve had the misfortune of being given a new success manager for my account - with absolutely no reason given as to why first success manager was no longer available. Well I think I know the reason, first success manager was there in place to gain my trust and money. Once this was achieved, the highly unpleasant man was brought in to crash my account and take all my funds!!! This is basically, in a nutshell, what happened. In my most recent dealings with this man, I said I would be passing all information across to FCA and National Trading Standards Authority, to which he replied
“ wow I'm scared, you got me, Good luck 🥂.” I called him out for this saying he was arrogant etc and unprofessional, to which he responded and I quote
“ you don’t want to hear what I think of you, you won’t like it.” - This last comment was deleted straight away but not before I saw it… I am really struggling with this company and do not want anyone else to go through this. I’m not even sure that is his real name, others have mentioned him before but it really could be an alias. ???
Please heed these reviews and don’t part with any money to this company - they are not regulated by the FCA!!!!!

Scam. Gave it a go and deposited £250. Made a few small bids that made a few pound. They almost convinced me to deposit a larger amount, but I decided against it as I didn't trust them. Tried to withdraw my £250 and now won't take my calls. Please don't fall victim.

monetio have flagged my last review because i put names in it, if they had bothered to look i was agreeing with the other posters whos names they are, same automated reply again, there is that incompetence again they dont even know who works for them?

Still my withdrawal is unresolved. I have now been told that my success manager has passed away via what’s app and that it will take time to allocate me a new person.
The company say they keep trying to contact me, however no voice mail is left, plus they seem to always call outside of the time I’ve specified.

I’ve lost count of the number of tickets opened and closed on the matter. The conclusion being they make it as difficult as possible to withdraw.

I’m extremely unhappy with the service and still wish to withdraw funds.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been trying to get funds from my account, but have been told there is nothing in there, even though I was told by my accounts manager that the account is healthy and there was around £15,000. After the initial investment of £250, I invested a further £3,000 and when I requested a withdrawal, it was rejected. You cannot even get your own money back. I was not asking for any of theirs, just the investment I had made. This was not spare funds lying around, it is funds that I have to pay back and now I am in quite a predicament because I can't even get my own money. At the outset, it was exciting and when the withdrawal was rejected, I was told that my trading volume was not where it should be at 40M USD, and that it was only above 3M USD, so there was a long way to go. I was getting a bit worried at this stage because I now have a debt I have to pay. This is new for me as I have never been in debt in my life.
We should be told of all the pitfalls. I only want the opening funds returned, nothing else, they can keep the rest of the money on my account and I will put that down to my own stupidity, I am not interested anymore. I just want what is mine. Indeed, I wish I had read some of the reviews, I would never have entered into a contract with them. I am not the only one who has lost out and luckily, I did not have thousands to invest, but I have read that some are having difficulties getting their money back which is nothing to be sniffed at, being over £40K, £50K and more. Another lesson learned the hard way unfortunately.
For those of you giving them a glowing write up, just wait and you will soon change your tune.

These scammers keep calling me! Computer generated numbers each time. They are not just satisfied with scamming me out of my money so every time they call me now I will post a negative review! They are trying to convince me that my £250 original investment is worth £25k and that I have to get involved with bitcoin to withdraw it. Please be aware they are already under regulatory review and trade under different names such as 7xTrade and Traderspros. Do not deal with them! You have been warned!!!

Hugely rewarding three weeks of engagement with Monetio have already mutiplied my modest starting investments, thanks to the personal guidance from an excellent personal tutor in Heath Ross, based in Zurich. Not only richly instructive, but genuinely entertaining, so much so that I have really looked forward to our weekday morning Zoom meetings as the fabulous potential of the Monetio-led opportunities were explained to me.

So after I wrote a negative review there has been a reply on it stating that I am not a customer. This shows you clearly that this is a SCAM !!!!

Not Success Manager was very good. He showed me around the markets. Helped me trade and showed me how to get information on where the market was going He also helped me with obtaining a high intrest account. All brilliant. But then I tried to withdraw some money. The payments were stopped. They want another £20.000 before I can start withdrawls. Do not go near them

Ok, so when I first started this trading journey I had zero experience and knowledge! I came across Monetio through a facebook advertisement. I was sceptical but it’s like anything in life, if you don’t try you’ll never know ! I invested $250 (with the expectation of losing it)
I have a mentor called Heath ! This guy has already spent so much time with me! I look forward to more working relations with him !
Never once have I ever felt pressured to do anything I felt uncomfortable with.
I decided to check the company out on trust pilot! I’m not going to lie I was initially shocked at the negative feedback the company was receiving!
We talked openly about this.
I have been shown how to trade and what to do. Yes I’ve lost out a couple of times but the majority of my trades have made profit, this is down to heath and his continued guidance ! We speak 3/4 times a week currently.
What I’ve come to realise is that (in my opinion) a lot of the reviews are fake or other companies trying to discredit Monetio - every review the person says can’t access money etc etc - the company replies saying ‘here to help’ but then the reviewer never comments back saying great / thanks etc etc
What I can clearly state is that not only have I been shown how to trade I’ve also been shown how to withdraw funds and put them back in my personal account !
This company is doing exactly what they say they do ! There’s nothing hidden, Nothing underhanded etc etc
You make all your own decisions and they guide you - that’s it ! It’s fun making profits and I’m more than happy to recommend this company- Matt, North West UK

A bunch of professional liers, who do anything to lure you for taking all your money and savings. They force you to borrow money. The can easily manipulative the system.

After paying a substantial amount into them i asked my success manager Logan to make a withdrawal he promised no problem then the excuses came i could not take money out and even now i cant take money

It’s a scam. After depositing $250 and increased my account to $784 I cannot withdraw my money from them. They give you so many excuses. Unfortunately I had to hand them over to my lawyer. Waste of time and don’t invest your money with theses people
I have proof that I definitely have account with theses people. So don’t come up with stories. Just pay me what you owe me end of
