Be 1000% aware that this company is operating a platform that is mirroring live stock/shares performance. Not only are they taking your money and demonstrating to you that they can return small quantities of profits so you invest further larger amounts they also have a company that contacts you after the problems you hav had and pretends to be able to get your money back. These people are crazy. They will compare their reviews with larger banking companies and show they are as good as they are but Barclays, Lloyds etc dont fraudulently take you money!!! I only lost £500 and when I was investing I was making money like no tomorrow but all of a sudden they controlled the stock market and all disappeared. Try to call them and they dont know what I was talking about. You have been warned (so was I)!!!!

The sevices enjoyed in GOOD MERIT is just opposite of this. They lack of proper guidance support and responsiveness makes this platform poor. Just full of unnecessarily stress which is frustrating for users .

Do not use this company, it's a total scam. Their "success managers" should be "Scam Managers" I am not allowed to name them by the way because this is a bad review, if this was a good review I would be able to name them? These people talk to you on a daily basis while your adding funds, when you try to withdraw funds they disappear.
The "Customer support" department is non existing (auto replies, and just tells you your Success Manager will get back to you.
I should have seen the warning signs when they call you from different numbers all the time so you can't call them, when you need to?
They have thousands of pounds of my money, and there is no way I can close my account and remove the funds.
Please, if your thinking of using a trading company, do the homework and use a reputable company, and not Monetio.io.
I have no doubt that Monetio.io will send an automated reply to this review to Trustpilot, saying please contact them so this can be resolved.......but that is the end of it

Monetio get you to transfer funds from your regulated bank to an intermediate Bank / Company that are also regulated and it is these people who forward it onto Monetio, if they are legitimate why would they do this?

I have since learnt one said company BC Global Ltd has dissolved November 2024, they were previously know as BC Global Limited which also dissolved back in February 2019.
It all seems along way from a respectable financial Broker.
I warn about sending any money to Monetio, from my experience you are on your own, they will make money from you, they are not ethical and you will loose your money.

put in 250 uk pounds incresed this amount so i tied to withdraw my 250 they came up with oh you have to open a crypto account even then every request was rejected total scammers

Monetio are a scam so don't invest with them. I gave them a second chance and my Account Manager encouraged me to invest more from the money I had made myself from trading. I did this and a few days later the markets crashed and I lost all my money. My Account Manager said a meeting had been held as a lot of people had lost their money and after a few days some money would be out into my account so I could trading again. This never happened and my Account Manager has deserted me after saying he would not. He hasn't replied to my messages but read them and he's either changed his number or pretending he has changed his number. Avoid Monetio as they are nothing but a scam.

My account manager was bullying me to increase my investment constantly every though I said NO.
Telephone calls were coming through my phone with an unknown number constantly when i do answer, it was him George.
At this time i know i was being scammed with my hard earned money.
I asked to with my funds, and he did nothing about it.
I complained and they said because of terms and conditions my account is showing zero because there was no activity.
How convenient for them.

Avoid online scam!!! I thought my money was gone forever but the expert team shown in my profile photo they helped me out with my refund

This company is set up to scam people. I saw reviews but I ignored them. Please do not be as stupid as I am. They started off by being polite and convincing until I wanted out and I started getting abusive conversations from the guy that was assigned to help me. and my money kept on reducing gradually from a £1000 without my consent £680. I feel so stupid for allowing these thieves to get access to my money and talking to me.
Be warned!!

And when you want to withdraw your money they tell you that you owe them money to give them a reason to steal from you.
God will reward them in the best way they deserve. You never achieve anything from people’s pain. Our pain will come back in multiple ways to you and your generation.

Monetio are nothing short of common criminals. I have lost my life savings and wasted a year of my life with these scammers. As an individual it is very hard to bring these con artist down, remember this is a sophisticated Scam. They are very believable. I now believe the trading platform is just a front, your trades go no where, they pocket your money and if you beat the odds and make money in your account, you will find you will not be able to make a withdrawal, as it does not exist. They will insist you place trades that will bust your account or come up with some excuse why you can not have your money. At the beginning you will be able to withdraw a small amount so they win over your confidence. Avoid Monetio at all cost. They will read this review and say we are so sorry you have had a bad experience please contact us. When you do, nothing happens. As an individual I can try and get this information out there. I will write to my MP, National Banks & Newspapers, Company House and social media. I will open a facebook page to see if we can get enough people involved to start a group action lawsuit. Please leave a name and some sort of contact, so that my solicitor can contact you at a later date. Pembridge Solicitors, Calderwood House, Cheltenham, Glos GL50 1UA. As Victims and individuals, they know we will not have enough funds to bring these criminals to justice so let’s get together and see what we can do. i will also try a go fund me page. Today is Monday 10th March please allow me a week / 10 days to get this up and running.

Been trying to withdraw my money as they didn't do as advertised.

Got allocated a so called financial advisor who wouldn't put me on auto trade as per their adverts on Facebook, He said he didn't believe in it so wouldn't put me on it when asked to.

Tried to withdraw my money. Would only pay in bitcoin. Opened several bitcoin accounts, gave account details and all they said was they couldn't pay into them.

Recommended I opened account with Kraken. I did. Told them why they closed account and blocked me.

Passed info to Monetio, they told me someone would get to me. Never happened. Been trying for eight months and getting same answer. Ni contact.

Checked my app they sent me and my account is empty. They have stolen my money. Emailed again, told someone will get back to me. No response. Thar was December and still waiting. I have reported them to Cyber Crime and Financial Conduct Authority because of this.

I had an unsatisfactory experience
My account was wipe with no explanation from the support
Based on my research & parsons securities, a compensation will be filled to withdraw my money.

On the 20th of January, I had $402,437.37 in my savings account today I have $780 with no explanation and now I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone.
MY MONEY HAS GONE
THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS PLEASE BE WARNED WHATEVER YOU READ.
You have sent me an automated reply and I have followed your instructions within only to be bombarded with more automated replies that do not answer my queries but only makes me totally aware that I have been scammed out of all my life savings. I was told by both your account managers that my savings account would never be touched it was and was totally safe and I could access my money at any time. This has not been true and my money has now disappeared.
All this rogue company has responded with is AI answers and no one has contacted me despite them saying they would. They have stolen my money and are not taking any responsibility for my missing life savings.

I can only echo the majority of the other reviews. They are clearly a total scam company. I was lured in when a fake video came up on my phone supposedly showing Martin Lewis on a breakfast TV show in June 2024 in discussion with a presenter about how he makes money. Very convincing but totally false. In short I invested £450 in two transactions and used their impressive looking platform to trade on the Forex markets.
There were hits and misses all to small degrees and I have eventually become bored with this and have requested to close my account and withdraw the existing balance which shows as $474. I just keep getting the same response from their 'Customer Support' that my withdrawal request is denied.
They are clearly a total fraud and should be avoided at all costs.
UPDATE: Predictably I received the same automated response as every other 1 star review has i.e. "We are sorry to read your review blah, blah, blah.." It is meaningless and I am sure only done so it appears to a new reader of the reviews that they have a CS dept that cares. Totally corrupt and you will not see a penny of your money if you 'invest' with them.
I would strongly recommend anyone tempted by this to read a very enlightening article in the Daily Mail Moneymail section dated 29th January by Susannah Jowitt that explains how these people operate. Although the article does not relate specifically to Monetio I am sure the details will resonate with investors.

Really BAD COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST

Attempts to take out my money are met with repeated delays and additional fee demands. My success manager told me point blank that if I don't deposit the money requested from me that my account will be frozen and within three days, access to my portfolio was denied. I wish I have found point way sooner, their Ai powered system maximizes my returns and processes my withdrawals within minutes taking emotions out of my venture.

If i could give a minus star I would.
I was conned into investing into this company. It started with the £250 then £1000, looked good, was told by my success manager that if I invest more we could go on to some bigger trades, so, like a mug I did, £10000, was led to believe I would be happy with the way the trades were going, I trusted these people, being assured that I would be looked after all through my trade's, they even managed to withdraw a little for me, bit of a tease tbh, but only with the manager doing it for me. I told them I had no more money left to invest so then they wanted me to get a loan, felt very pressured but also being told that I would regret it, the loan was of £25000 where I would get interest 7.5% payed to me which would cover the loan payments and the loan would be paid off by end of 2024.
Nott happy with that and wanting more money I refused because I literally had nothing left to offer, so once they realised I had nothing to pay they just dumped me, no replies to my messages, no response whatsoever.
I got InTouch with CS and they told me it was down to bad trades and was closed down, I have lost 40K to these so called success managers, they get what they can out of you till you have nothing left then that's it, left with bad health because of the stress and bad wealth because they they took everything.
Please don't fall for these people, you WILL regret it.
