Probably the worst customer service I…
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Credit card had a £20 debit I did not recognise and the only transaction outstanding, no contact or explanation and no visible investigation, just a complete blank even from the chat which is through AI which just says someone will be in touch but after 2 months I give up.

Had cover for years and luckily never…
Had cover for years and luckily never needed it until recently. I needed recovery from Dolgellu to the midlands this was done in to parts due to distance. Both recovery companies were excellent and ASDA breakdown kept in touch throughout hopefully i wont be needing it anytime soon but feel assured by my recen5 experiance. Car issue was the camshaft rail.

The card arrived very quickly
The card arrived very quickly and I was told that the pin would be seen on line. The direct debit has been set up and I will use the card when I next do my shopping.

Easy to navigate website with extremely good prices for travel insurance. Always use asda travel. I particularly like you can just click a box if you want the documents in the post. Unlike other companies where you have to email them separately to have this option. Superb

Don't waste your time flashing your asda rewards card it doesn't even register it but then again does not surprise me of Asda as I actually worked there as they took over co-op and their technology is absolutely rubbish they even use to short change their staff wages the worst company I have ever worked for so glad I left

WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THE ASDA HOME SHOPPING, I'VE HAD AN HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WHICH WAS ALL DOWN TO THEM, THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER DUE TO A DELIVERY VAN BEING OFF THE ROAD YET CHARGED ME FOR AN ORDER THAT THEY NEVER DELIVERED AND IT'S TAKING ME FOREVER TO GET MY REFUND, £300.
I SUGGEST USING A REPUTABLE COMPANY SUCH AS TESCO OR SAINSBURYS TO PREVENT THE TROUBLE THAT I HAVE HAD!

My card was hacked/cloned
My card was hacked/cloned! It was used in shops 2 hundred miles away, and they spent over £200. The card was blocked at asdas end and I froze it… 5/6 weeks later I’ve not heard anything from Asda! I’ve email, phoned etc, but they cut me off after saying it’s being dealt with. Probably the worst card company I’ve ever dealt with!

Got married. Notified Asda credit card of changed name. They deactivated my card until the new one arrives! Only company to do so. Better cards such as HSBC and Barclaycard allow you to continue using until new one arrives. Voting with my feet
