I’ve worked with Nick on three separate occasions for my mortgage applications due to the pre-approval expiring before fining my property, and each time he has been outstanding. Nick was always easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or queries I had, making the whole process stress free. From my end, all I needed to do was provide the necessary documents upfront, and Nick took care of everything behind the scenes. Terrible. Took my personal information and gave no help
What the devil is this service? They took all my personal information and sent me to a finance company’s website where they said I was “pre-approved” based on my info. But that finance company only offers loans 10% the size of what I was asking (and I wasn’t asking for an unusual amount). So they got all my data for nothing at all. Rip off.
