Very good experience with M4M will use again.

I had elected for one the alternative companies offering a higher amount for my handset, and the service was abysmal. The value of the phone suddenly dropped by over half and on its return to me it appeared to have gathered more scuffs along the way.

My second try was with Money4Machines and the service was easy, simple and frankly relaxing! Sent phone off, received a few emails and then the full amount was duly dropped into my account.

I can say, without hesitation, any future dealings will be with this company and certainly not the highest price crooks who will try to screw you over.

Money4machines gave me the highest quote for my Htc One. It took a while for the post back bag to arrive but when it did everything went very smoothly and quickly from then onwards. I received a cheque in less than a week after they received the phone and was updated as to the progress by email in the meantime. Very pleased with the whole process.

I have used a few of these mobile recycling companies in the past and some are worse than others offering headline values that they then reduce due to something or other.

Not with Money4Machines, the price that they quoted was the price that they paid for recycling my phone.

Processes was easy enough, I registered online, they quoted me for me phone type, they posted a jiffy bag, I posted back (I paid for special delivery), they acknowledged receipt and when they had finished testing to say that they were transferring the payment.

All in all it was a smooth process and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Good value offer for my iphone5, prompt receipt of packaging. Quick turnaround of payment. The whole process took 5 days including a weekend. Splendid!!

To put it in really simple words, It's a TRAP!

As per the company's terms and conditions, the company charges £6.99 (royal mail special delivery assuming that is what ppl would usually opt for) to send back the handset + admin fee + what not..(roughly comes up to £10-15 per return)

Unlike most of their peers, M4M doesn't even offer a free collect service so basically you pay for the postage to send!

The revised quotation offered was ridiculous which makes me feel that the initial quotation on their website is for a brand new out of the box device as they must understand that the old devices are usually subject to some form of wear and tear over time..

If not happy with the quotation, you'll need to pay all the charges (as per their terms & conditions) just to get your device back!

A gimmick business strategy where 90% of the users would just take what they are offered (surrender) as the opportunity cost/effort involved in getting the device returned is just way to high..



PIECE OF ADVICE TO M4M POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: SO THINK TWICE, THRICE, OR HOW MANY TIMES YOU COULD BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR HANDSET TO M4M!

BUSINESSES ARE BUILT ON CUSTOMER'S TRUST AND RELATIONSHIP. YOUR BUSINESS MODEL IS FLAWED IN THIS SENSE SO CHANGE YOUR STRATEGY BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!

I sent my phone to sell to them as they were offering the highest price. They offered me a new price, 25% less!! Saying my phone was water damaged, which is utter nonsense. I declined the offer obviously and then they asked me to pay £10 for admin and postage to return to me! The cheek! I have now successfully sold my phone to one of the established well known companies.

I found money4machines through review sites, and found they gave the best price and overall customer service. My own experience was easy, I got exactly the price I was quoted for my Samsung Galaxy S3, and I'm happy I went with money4machines. One thing to note is that you may be more comfortable adding extra padding to your item, the free envelope doesn't feel very trustworthy, but that's a personal choice.

No hassle sale. Envelope arrived next day and cheque a couple of days after I posted iPad off.

Good communication, paid the price offered online

Excellent service, they received my phone on the Friday and acknowledged receipt straight away telling me I would hear within 24-48 hours. I then received a further email later that day telling me that my phone had been checked and all was ok and the money would be in my account within the next 3-4 hours. I checked straight away and it was already there. Would highly recommend them

Sold my i-phone 4s to Money4Machines for the best price on internet.
They sent me an envelope and I got a reply very quickly and the cheque arrived within 3 days. Excellent simple and efficient service. Highly recommend
