Very easy to apply to, very quick service with payment into my bank within a coulpe of days even after i gave wrong bank details. They e-mailed me to let me know there was a problem i re-sent my details and payment was there almost emediately. Highly recommended

A good price offered for my HTC, with a little extra because I still had the box! The customer service was excellent - I had a question relating to the policy about battery life as I was trading in a smartphone and battery life is always dependent on type of usage during the day. I was reassured and proceeded with the trade in. The money was deposited very quickly as promised. I would definitely recommend based on my experience and will use next time I upgrade my phone.

I would recommend this company to anyone- sending my iPad off was very simple in the attached envelope and I received the money to my PayPal account very shortly after sending (2/3 days). Price offered for my iPad was above the market average too.

Received prompt payment which was initially promised within 2 days for my galaxy s3.

Went on line and was given a price of £75 + £1 if I provided original box and instructions which I did. Knowing my iPhone was in very good condition I was expecting £76 however was paid £70.

On the other hand it was quick - they emailed to confirm phone was received and emailed when payment was made and was £20 more than some other reputable dealers so I'd say okay. Would have given 5 stars if they had paid me the original price especially when I enclosed the original packaging box.
