That they actually pay and pay what that say ive tried a thousand apps and sites claiming this and that but never produce anything remotely close to there claims only complaint is the wait times are some what exhausting other than that its amazing

Great offers, no spam... I just wish some of the geniuscash deposits could be faster/quicker promo verification but that's not genius' fault.

Did not pay cashback. Their excuse is they are just middleman, merchant didn't pay

I need some help

I signed up for a kraken crypto account they promoted, and followed the required steps to receive cashback.

Kraken paid the promised account bonus on their end, but Moneygenius denied the $140 my payment. They indicated in their reasoning the minimum required purchase was $200 USD. Their advertising ( web page and Instagram ) nor terms indicated $200 USD, and instead indicated $200.

I understand things take time to resolve however several unresponded followups, has prompted me to warn others.

if the error was in the marketing on the part of MoneyGenius, they should be resolving this, if they are not being paid by Kraken, they should be responding to follow up emails and tickets

Anyone considering Moneygenius may want to look at other options, would not recommend this site anymore despite previous good experiences.

Update:April 15 - moneygenius has rejected the ticket again.

The company advertised the conditions on their promotional page, I met the conditions.

Instead they are pushing me to deal with Kraken directly.

"Since we did not receive an exact reason, if you have any further questions, you can follow up with Kraken directly, as we don’t have any further details regarding the account. Thanks, Team Genius"

I would strongly recommend individuals choose another rebate company, as they are clearly not standing behind their users. You will see multiple reviews from different people on the same issue.

If it were my company, and my marketing partner was rejecting payment for fulfilled referrals I would payout clients in question who are owed a payment and stop co-marketing with kraken.

Your online systems do not work. Had to wait 2 months to get my bonus. Will never use you again as your competitors pay same bonus and much much faster.

once submitted the application from the link, a record was created under dashboard that's easy to track. 2 weeks after the applcation was approved, a reminder email was sent to me that told me to open a ticket if I didn't get the reward. I did open the ticket and moneyGenius checked with the bank then paid me within a week. all processings are straight forward and smooth.
