Excellent service, polite, friendly, experienced colleagues and come at the the time you are given and the return visit, can not fault them.

Great service, they came out within a few days of us contacting and everything was explained to us as he went about his work (we had flies around our loft hatch and although the situation was cleared before arrival he sprayed thoroughly in the loft and checked for any obvious causes ie openings or a food source). We had used previously due to rodents in our loft and he even did a quick check that then work he had done outside sealing our air bricks was still secure.

Would definitely recommend using them!

The rat problem was dealt with in a thoroughly professional way. The Monitor staff were friendly and well informed and followed up on the initial assessment, ensuring eradication.

We were rather fond of seeing "Rattus Rattus" wandering around our garden. Then, months later, we saw a companion. Then, a few more months later, we saw a few more... By the time we rang for help, we counted up to 10 rats, including at least 3 cute babies. However, we worried about being evicted from our own home by these playful pests, so we called in Monitor Pest Control!

Del came as planned and installed bait in the garden. We weren't sure whether it would work, since the rats enjoyed playing about in the garden, digging up the ground and climbing our raspberry canes. However, within 3 days, there was no sign of any rats left and all their fun activities had stopped.

Del returned, a week later, to check the bait--lots had gone; other bits were left untouched. He laid more.
Over 2 weeks later, the rats are definitely all gone! We miss them, but we're also greatly relieved!

Pretty useless. Had 3 visits to our house in Meopham where we moved into the property and there are mice living in the roof. Laid a little poison the first time, which was untouched. Second guy was a bit hippy’ish and against putting out anymore poison. 3rd visit guy put out some more but not much of it was touched

A couple of months on from the first visit and only a little of the poison was touched and I could still hear mice running around non-stop every night. Bought some strong poison from Amazon with good reviews which was delivered on Wednesday (the red bait in resin for bait traps) laid it out and the mice demolished it overnight - laid more and its been 4 days now since they ate the initial new bait and there are absolutely no sounds or signs of mice, I assume it killed them all!

So no point in paying these guys £50 when I got some decent poison for £15 is all I can say. I guess you have their ‘expertise’ but in all honesty - what for? You’ll know if you have mice or rats before getting in contact and poison is the only way to completely rid yourself of them.

Also FYI - they say they will call with a time slot each time but they turn up whenever they fancy.

Excellent service, over 3 visits, to address our uninvited visitors. Used pet friendly (cat) treatments.

We had unwelcome visitors - mice. I had noticed droppings and then found mice eating food in a cupboard, having eaten through the plastic containers. There was evidence of their activity in other rooms too. I contacted Monitor through Rushmoor Borough Council but had to wait a couple of weeks before they could come. I did contact another firm who could have sent someone sooner but was much more expensive. The gentleman from Monitor found that mice had gained entry through a gap around a recently installed gas pipe and recommended ways of preventing mouse entry. He put down trays of poison bait behind kickboards in the kitchen, in a cupboard in the bedroom where mice had damaged items in drawers, and in the attic.
He returned after a couple of weeks to check and found most of the poison had been consumed, indicating there were a large number of mice. He replenished the bait and will be returning again to check the situation. The other firm I contacted would only have come twice. My unwelcome visitors are being dealt with efficiently.

Well what can I say. I found Monitor Pest Control through a panic call to Dartford Council after spotting three rodents in the space of 5 minutes in my home. They sent me a super hero called Lee. He is amazing and a pride to the company. Calm, kind, efficient and explaining the whole process. Always punctual and with a positive attitude. Believe me all the stress and burden will be lifted with the ‘can do’ attitude. And with the help of God I know I will be rid of these pests. Thank you Monitor Pest Control and thank you Lee for your ongoing hardwork.
