Absolutely diabolical service !! Have had 3 call outs and nothing has been done concerning my mouse infestation. No sealing or blocking of entry points, just laying bait traps and leaving and coming back, and back again to check them. Utterly useless and dishonest !!

Poor service
Customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Bedbugs comes back again after 2 treatments. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Mouse infestation
When we first had sighting of mice we tried to eradicate them ourselves ,after a couple of months we had to get pest control in.We had Kevin and Ray first but our mice were bait shy.We then had Lee who assessed areas and found mice were in the pipe work he used a different treatment and after several visits and his determination and dedication to his job we appear to be mouse free.I would recommend Lee at Monitor again.If we have to have monitor again we would request Lee with his expert knowledge.Marion

Mouse problem
Our mouse problem was dealt with very efficiently. Had other pest control previously who couldn’t get rid of the problem and cost extortionate amounts. Monitor pest control very reasonably priced and problem solved! Would highly recommend.

Very efficient service, I like the commitment to 3 visits included in the fee. Quite often the problem is resolved straight away and is solved in two visits so we forget to organise the third one.
