Very helpful staff from the first call to the office to the representative who visited my home.

Swift response and effective action.
I was acting on behalf of a very deaf friend and throughout the process the company were very helpful and understanding…keeping me updated and treating my friend with consideration.

I recently had to use the service as I had rats underneath my decking; the rats were active during the day and had ventured into the house. The pest control chap dealt with them swiftly and I have not seen or heard them since. Very happy customer.

Excellent service for a very big wasps nest, 450mm X 120mm. Monitor arrived on time, treated the nest & told me to call back if activity continued in nest a week later. After about 11 days I ventured near & tried to knock the nest into a bin - then I quickly found they weren’t all dead but the survivors were not happy being prodded with a stick ! I placed a return call to the team & they got another employee out to deal with the issue within 48 hrs. No additional charge & now the wasps are definitely gone. I’d use them again if I needed this type of help !

The various cavities of my home are loved by wasps that build their nests in them. This company provides very prompt, efficient, cheap and friendly services. The wasp nest in question have always been entirely killed with just one visit.
