Very pleased with the way Lee dealt with the problem and his discrete way in parking and not parking directly outside the house. He was efficient and thorough and reassuring so am satisfied that the matter was eradicated.

Tony was absolutely amazing the others not so much. He found the problem and then sorted if efficiently. I haven’t seen any mice since he's left. Honestly had issues for over 5 years.

Operative very courteous and wary of property so he didn't damage anything always kept us informed of what he was going to do and when he was going to do it safety on his behalf top notch well done

Monitor Pest Control came to my father's housing (three vists) as there was a small outbreak of mice in his sheltered housing block. The first visit consisted of a worker who was in and out of the property in 5 minutes (and that included putting the three traps down in the kitchen). However it was a massive game changer when Tony arrived the second and third visits. I couldn not believe the difference. He located the exact path the mouse was entering/exiting. He took off unit panels, was extremely thorough and very professional; in fact an absolute credit to the company. If I ever had a mouse probolem, this is the company and more to the point, the person I would ask for, unlike the first person who
attended unfortunately.

Very good company very professional, friendly and on time. They always leave a voicemail if they can’t reach you. Calls are picked up very quickly definitely recommend.

Due to the school run I specifically asked they arrive after 0930 and was told this would be fine. That did not happen as the guy turned up as I was getting ready. This is the reason for not getting 5 stars. However the guy was very accommodating after realising my situation and compromised with me. He did his inspection and agreed to come back when I got back to start the treatment in my home. I was so grateful for that. He treated my home and gave me his professional advice on my next steps. I was very happy with the service he provided me.

All good, the only thing that was a bit ‘off’ was the dead squirrel in loft smelling g house out, my husband had to remove it and throw it away
