We had an issue with mice .I think the colleague I initially spoke to may have been Joy. She was very pleasant and courteous answering all my questions re booking for her colleague Lee Hogben to visit property . Lee visited and dealt with the situation very efficiently was also very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable . Thank you so much. Will definately recommend .

The operative who visited was really knowledgable and very helpful. He was sympathetic in the solution he implemented to our conditions and requirements.

Very helpful and professional. The situation (an invasion of flying ants coming out in large numbers from behind the skirting board of an internal wall where there was obviously a nest). Quite an extensive area was sprayed. During a follow-up visit, traps were set and the situation will be monitored. Relief!

Theycame swiftly and arrived ontime. Set bait and told me what to look out for. Next visit scheduled 2 week time to follow up.

Update July 2021I originally rated the service as bad due to the person who came out and not doing a good job. The owner got in touch and addressed my concerns and sent another person out who did a great job and for this reason I’m amending my review.

Very informative through the visit took time to search for possible opportunities for the pest to come and go very polite very well presented credit to the company to have that sort of employee to represent the company. Very pleased.

I found. Pest control very efficient very professional….unfortunately I have had to use them a few times and they have always been prompt and very helpful.

I didn't meet the pest control person the second time, but the person managed to get s cess to my flat and did the planned survey. The last time I met him he was very social and seemed very competent.

Easy to book a visit, engineer helpful and went to work sorting an action plan, 3 short visits a few weeks later and all was sorted.

Del is absolutely brilliant, takes his time, considers the problem and finds a solution - all combined with patience and excellent customer facing skills.

From initial phone call staff are friendly and helpful. The technician Dell explained everything in detail, made a thorough inspection including loft and other upstairs spaces, left bait, outside baited all the spaces under the roof tiles, gutters etc where I had seen the squirrel. He attended several times but the squirrel had stopped taking the bait. The next step was for Matt to install a trap and hopefully this will succeed, excellent service and the company seem determined to eventually solve the problem
