Nice clothes, really love them. But I tried to order an item and I literally got a completely different item three times in a row. It was not even close to what I ordered. Not nice, also not good for the environment.

I was missing an item in my parcel and I emailed customer service, almost immediately they came back to me, refunded me for the product and gave me a discount code. Really pleasant to deal with

I really enjoy shopping, at Monki and never had any problems with ordering and/or returning.
This week I ordered Jeans with the 20% discount but the discount didn't actually work, so I ended up paying full price.
The customer service has been extremely quick to respond even during these busy times. And they've also been extremely helpful in solving the problems I ran into with the discount!
I'm pleasantly surprised.

I don't get why there are so many negative reviews? The only problem I've had is I ordered a pair of shorts and they were definitely not the right size (ordered a 42 but they were more like a 38?) compared to other pants I have that are the same size. But overall the clothes are cute and nice quality :)

Very inattentive customer service. they expect you to deal with it yourself. technical problem? they don't care, you do what you wanna do, just don't bother us here, at monki's customer service.

I don't get why this company has so many bad reviews. I've ordered many things (when I say many, I mean A LOT) from monki and I've not been dissatisfied with the items, service or delivery time. The clothes are great quality and I love every item I buy from them. I think some people have reviewed the wrong company on here.

Great customer service helping me with tracking my return order. Took a long while until they got my return but company is reliable.

Very poor service.

After i returned the items i ordered, I only got half of the money back (still need to get 80 euros back). I tried to call customer service, however after 45 minutes the call got disconnected.
I sent an email to customer service and never got a reply. I have just sent this email again. I went to the store, and they told me they cannot do anything for me because the store has nothing to do with the customer service if you order items online.
I am very disapointed and still hope to get my money back.

For the reviewers talking about masks... I don't think you have the company right

I've ordered a dress that was shipped and arrived the next day (to Hungary). Unfortunetely I had to return it because of fit problems. The return process was super easy and I've just received my full refund. All in all very smooth order. Thank you!

Love Love LOVE the jeans I got! Perfect size and the shape is so flattering! Delivery was a day delayed but I wasn't too pressed. Highly recommend!

So on May 11, I ordered 3 masks. They were never shipped but monki kept insisting the were. Finally on June 8 they realized they were not shipped. So they shipped another order. I received a new tracking number. The order left New York City heading for Philadelphia, a distance of 90 miles. I received a notice today, 9 days later and found that they moved a distance of 20 miles. Wow only 70 more miles to go. At 2 miles per day I should receive them by the end of July.
monki have you ever heard the term “traffic Manager”? Look it up and hire one. It will save you a lot of reviews like this one.

Absolutely p!55 poor!!! It's been six weeks since I placed an order for three masks. They of course got my money the same day but never shipped the product. SCAM SVAM SCAM! Don't waste your time or money

It has been 5 weeks since I ordered masks from them. No reply from then except a generic letter saying sorry its on its way.
I with never order from Facebook again. They posted the ad for them.

I returned my order like 2 months ago and I’m still waiting for my money !!!
I’ve sent emails but so far no answer back.

The shirts I got were lovely, well made etc. However, the skirt and shorts I ordered were EU sizes 36 and 34 respectively. The size 34 looked like it was for somebody twice my size, and the 36 wouldn't fit around my waist (despite being a UK size 6 to 8).

Sizing is awful.

Monki's website changed my standard delivery that i PAID FOR, to an address 35 minutes drive away, and told me they could not change the address because it was over 1 hour. Why would i click on pick up from an address over 5 miles during lockdown!? They are unhelpful, inflexible, and unwilling, and unable to accept thier website error. So now, Its all down to me to wait for the parcel to arrive to an address that i did not agree to and have never heard of, to redirect it, cancel my order and then order it again. WHAT A MESS!!! VERY POOR, and i thought they had a good reputation. Be warned.

My order was never delivered as eventually deemed lost in transit. Monki customer service were incredibly helpful and quick to reply. I would 100% recommend them and will be re-ordering - some of the best customer service I have received.

This company is terrible. I never received my product and had to contact Paypal to be refunded.
