I made a good amount of money from sportsbetting on my account and once I began winning they promptly closed my account without allowing me any access.

They said that if I emailed customer support I could open my account back up, however it has now been WEEKS and nobody has gotten back to me on email. I have opened up 10+ support tickets with live chat and not a single one of them has been responded to. I am at a complete loss as to how to get my money out of there.

When I tried to withdraw my money and about $189 in winnings, the withdrawal went back into my account as “pending verification.” I asked if, instead of verifying, I could just close my account and receive a check for my money. They said they would get back to me.

I also emailed PA Monopoly, explaining that I would not waste any more time with them, that their customer service was poor, and that every rep acted like they were starting from scratch instead of reviewing my full history. I also told them I didn’t care about the winnings — I just wanted my deposit money back.

Today, I got an email saying they received the chargebacks from my credit card and were closing my account until resolution. I wasted hours of my life on this. I’m just glad I was able to tie up the deposit money through my bank, which I should get back. Terrible — just terrible customer service.

I wish I could leave a no star review but I can’t but this bunch of scammers are absolutely disgusting, deposited money and then had a win, withdrew my winnings and then boom my account is closed down!!!! Please do not play here if you value money!!! I now need to go through absolute hell to try and get my money from these scammers! How they are allowed to operate is beyond me!!!!!
