Horrid customer service. I put a budget on my account of £30 a week due to lack of impulse control because of BPD and ADHD. They let me go WAY over this and when I contacted them, they gave me a lame excuse. I told them I am vulnerable because of neurodivergency and they didn't give a damn. All they care about is making money, even when you try to put a limit on your account. Since I confronted them, they have closed down my account and all other bingo sites associated with them have closed my accounts too. This is disgusting.

Don't always make an assumption based on bad reviews! I have signed up to most of the slot sites owned by Bally casino, Monopoly casino being the latest one.

HOWEVER, I was awarded a Box Bonanza the next day as part of the sign up and initial staking bonus offer and it gave me £6.22 which then was quickly turned into £459 from one 50p bonus round on one of the King Kong games!!!

Seems like it's the same company as Ballybet in Ontario at least, really awful AI/Automated customer service, it will not let you speak to a real person. Incredibly frustrating to deal with, I wouldn't put your money somewhere where you cannot even talk to a person if there is an issue with your account.
