Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service - got delivered to the wrong address and lost and then we got charged the duty from Australia that was not advertised well at all either.
It's a pity as I love the products but the service was horrific

Cons- leather quality is not great as…
Cons- leather quality is not great as the leather has worn away after a few weeks in areas revealing dark patches. Unfortunate as the colour of the leather was initially a light beige.
Pros- Shipping was faster than expected.
Shame I’m unable to upload a photo of the poor durability.
Disappointed
My mum created a bag for my 30th birthday and I used it once after I received it and one of the metal buttons fell off. Went into a store and they said they could fix if for free. That was February 2019, I gave it a couple of months before I reached out to see where my bag was. I went back a forth with emails for like 9 months, when they finally told me they lost my bag. They offered me a replacement bag that never came. Finally this year February 2020 they told me they couldn’t give me a replacement bag but I could choose from 2 bags they had in stock. Which were actually less than what I payed for my bag. But I was so over the 100 emails of me chasing them up I was happy to have the whole thing over with. I won’t shop with them again, nor will any of my friends after what happened to me. Disappointed.

I wasn't going to leave feedback but this is the 9th email I've had asking for a review.
I purchased a custom printed iPhone 11 case. Em. was to be printed on the back. When it arrived it was faulty. I sent about 3 emails to customer service and also 2 voice messages before anyone responded. After sending through pictures of the very obvious fault I was told to post the phone case back for head office to decided whether they deemed it faulty leaving me with no phone case.
When trying to post back there was an error in the email I was sent and return postage wouldn't work, I was then advised to pay the $13 to post the faulty case back and I would be reimbursed, I'm still waiting 6 most later.
After weeks of me inquiring I was then informed they had no iphone 11 cases and I would be issued a refund, of course that didn't happen.a few weeks later another case arrived, almost as badly printed as the first case and I just gave up and purchased a case from TDE.
shocking customer service from Mon Purse, I will never purchase from them again and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for postage.
