Absolutely amazing service from the 2 young men who delivered and set up for us also collected. Great bouncy castle kids loved it and the soft play was really good. Great communication between us all and really happy with how it went. Will be returning for future agents thank you for making my girls 1st party amazing

This is the second time we have used Monster inflatables and again we were very happy with the service.
Our daughter had the Disco Dome it was clean and professionally put up and taken down and the staff very polite and helpful

This company where brilliant they helped with the process of ordering the bouncy castle, with any advise or concerns we had. When we thought it might rain they said that they was more than happy to change the date if we wanted the girls and boys on the phone really was on top of their game. We would definitely be going back to these guys.

Received a message day before to confirm what time delivery would be and time of pick up.
Recievs call 20 minutes prior on the day confirming delivery. Delivery person was polite. Bouncy castle very clean and kids love it.

The team went above and beyond to make my son's birthday special. We hired the Mario Go Karts and the space was extremely tight. At one point the guys thought it might not fir but they moved heaven and earth to make it work and the party was amazing. No hesitation in recommending Monster Inflatables!

Paid for the vip package for my daughters birthday,she had a great day, The music system that was included with the VIP wasn't available for that day was told after booking also The ropes that go on the red carpet and vip would broke on the day Which was a shame cause that was part of the vip service ,so maybe do the basic package or check all will b available or in working order on day Other than that, all good.

We’ve now hired for the second time from this company . Each and every time they’ve been fantastic. 1st time we hired the disco dome castle and they was so helpful in regards to advice as it was for our Asd child . Second time it was for myself so blow up night club vip package …. Roll out the red carpet literally !! Smoke machine lights everything . Every time this company been great for communication and for set up and take down . All the people we have met have been polite and very informative!! Can’t wait for our 3rd booking as we will definitely be back

This was a massive treat saved up for, for my son's 21st and it was better than I ever imagined. Really great with all the bits and bobs to go with it. Well worth the extra.
The pick up and drop off was easy and smooth, with polite staff and easy explanations of equipment. Un fortunately the extension lead did blow but that was no-ones fault.
I would hire again and everyone who came thought it was great!!!

Double slide was great for both adults and kids, we loved it. Very professional company and set up was very safe and secure. Would highly recommend.
