Genuine pleasure to buy from.
In an online seller, I hope to find a trouble free, honest, and professional service. Monstermagic is all that. More than that though, they are a genuine pleasure to deal with. I’ve made several orders in a short space of time, and the standard of service has been easily in the top percentile of online retailers that I have encountered. And I don’t get out much due to a disability, so they’re ahead of a very large field.

Great shop, fast deliveries and fantastic customer service. Alex goes above and beyond to make it an absolute joy to use. If you have a question or need assistance he is there almost instantly and it is very rare nowadays to experience such an honest, reliable and friendly business.
