Easy charging session

Very easy to charge via the app. Well located at a very nice garden centre. Nice spacious charging bays that were well lit at night. Would be nice if the Auto Charge feature could be enabled.

When the charging points work they are…

When the charging points work they are ok, but they are often ‘off-line’, and out of the 14 spaces available today just 3 were shown as working - though 2 of them weren't actually working, and a 10 year old non-electric golf was parked in the third.
Also the £30 pre-payment can take up to a week to clear from your bank account, which is far, far too long.

First time using Monta

First time using Monta, I wasn’t able to access via my Monta RFID card or the app but I did manage to get connected using the QR code on the charger. I was able to track the charge and see the cost. Very pleased with it
