Love the briefcase but the buckles broke pretty quickly after purchasing the bag. I asked to buy new ones because I love the bag and didn't want to go down the warranty route. They said no. Went the warranty route and they still said no. Not sure how a company can run their business this way. If your product fail, it should be fixed. Basic business. Very brutal. Not impressed and will never purchase from this company again.

I recently ordered and now have recieved a duffel from Monatna Hudson. I purchased the least expensive item, WANDERER LEATHER DUFFEL.

I ordered before I read any reviews. While discovered that there were a significant number of nightmare stories about quality, orders never recieved, and customer service, I did not experience any issues. The product did emmit a strong odor from the tanning process but otherwise I was pleasently surprise.

I bought the tote first loved it! Then bought the saddlebag and love it!! I have seen some bad reviews but I have to say I’m very impressed with both my orders! I use them every day!

Worst customer support ever experienced. Can’t comment on goods I never received. Very expensive lesson learned. Never dealt with such hostile and aggressive customer support especially once I tried asking for a refund.

Really like their products. The purse I purchased was a bargain for a heavy, well made, leather purse. I expect it to last years, and it just gets better looking over time. The sale was great, shipping was timely, and I am overall pleased with my purchase. I’m definitely looking at other products they offer, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I got a bag and the leather lotion, looked cute in the picture but the quality was not what I expected. Was cheaply made and just touching the leather made a mark on it. I could tell it would fall apart quickly so returned it. With the name "Montana Hudson" I assumed this was American made, the product comes from India, what a scam. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! They charge a $20 restocking fee (when I repacked everything in the original wrapping), will not refund the lotion even though it was not even opened and the cost of sending it back $17 was on me, I ended up spending almost $47 to look at a $150 purchase for five minutes. What a waste of money! I'll never buy anything from them again. I think they must make their money on the return policy!

I received my order today and was pretty stoked. I had seen their ads a lot on FB and really liked the look of their bags. I took a chance and ordered. Pretty surprised, not going to lie. The bags I ordered turned out way better than I expected. The leather is really firm and durable. The craftsmanship looks pretty good too, and it smelled real leather. I have a few other leather items that I own so I’m familiar with that real leather smell. There was a little bit of a delay with shipping so I had to contact their customer service department to see what was going on. They were really helpful and took care of me. It wasn’t their fault so I can’t be mad when it’s out of their control. It comes down to the courier.

I had no difficulty ordering from this company. The item arrived exactly as ordered. and in the time frame stated. The leather is gorgeous and the bag is well-constructed. The only minor issue I have is the way that the strap and buckle are oriented - if I wear the bag crossbody on my left, the loose end of the strap flops around. But, that isn't the fault of the manufacturer, it is my own fault for not being more observant.

This company is bogus. Do not trust them. Do your research, their products come from India and come from water buffaloes. Just as all products that come from China and India are extremely inferior they are sold through Amazon who is the biggest purveyor of inferior products in the world 🌎.

I ordered the Eva used the bag less than 7 days the handle came apart and the stitching is coming apart. Same time order my husband a bag for work it came in and smells SO BAD it is gross!!!! Would not give us a refund sent another bath and working as week that bag s handle came apart. Now we are stuck with over 400.00 of merchandise that is unusable!’

Absolute crap. Do not purchase anything from this company. False advertising. No where near what they advertise.

Extremely disappointed. I received the Eva bag in the mail and they had folded the bottom up to fit into the packaging. The bag could not be set down and stand straight. I used the bag regularly thinking it would resolve, but it didn’t. Then the handle stitching started coming apart. That’s when I contacted customer service and learned I am past the 1 year warranty and they will do nothing. I thought I was purchasing a quality product that this company would stand behind. Very frustrated and am stuck with an expensive useless bag.

8/30/21- just a quick update. Although I received a reply to this review stating someone would look into my issue, I contacted customer service again and have received no response. Cannot recommend.

Ordered an Executive Leather Messenger / Backpack in black on 22/7/21 in UK. Arrived 29/7/21 from Rajasthan in India. Seven days - pretty good! The leather smells of and looks like real leather (I am in no doubt) and the finish is good, not incredible, but good. After all, leather goods of any size will have small flaws - or cost many 100s more. The interior is good and the zips strong. Overall, I am very happy: the discount price, plus a discount code made this excellent value for money.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! A brown paper bag is a better solution- pure trash

I would not give this bag 1 star.....the leather is tough, hard and crude....stained and blotched.....it looks as if it had been made in a cheap crude outlet somewhere in a poor country. I hate this bag....it is awful. Do NOT purchase anything from Montana Hudson....a big scam...I can't return it as I purchased it in a sale! That's me finished with buying anything on line....going into a shop and feeling and seeing the product is so much better! Shame on you as a company!

If I could rate less than one star i would, despite asking for my details, which I have sent and resent and resent and resent, still no goods or explanation. this company are rip off merchants, i want my money back or the goods. These people should not be allowed to operate.

Bag was off poor quality leather very stiff and cheap looking pay in dollars comes from India. Note too myself check reviews before buying

Immediately notified them I’d like return soon as came in. The bag is cheap hard and ugly not like the picture nor is the color. Looks fake. It’s been 15 emails now and they won’t include the return address just keeps re-sending same email on why I want a refund and then offers for me to keep bag only give me 15% back and be stuck with the ugliest purse online. No way ... they are scammers trying to steal your money . DO NOT BUY NOTHING !

I usually read reviews and do research online before I order. I have come to believe that most experiences that start out bad usually end the same way. When I placed my order the site kept trying to add in a wallet that I didn't want. I thought I had successfully removed the wallet but when I received an email confirming my order I saw the purse I had ordered and 2 wallets! I immediately emailed them within minutes of the confirmation of the order. I did not hear back for 2 days at which time they said it was too late to change the order. I received the package from India and didn't care for the quality or smell. Of course, I returned them and was charged a 20% restocking fee. I would never have bought the bag if I had seen the merchandise in person and had no intention of buying any wallet, let only two. The web is a wonderful way to connect to businesses you normally wouldn't come across but the caveat is to always read reviews before buying. If I had done so I would never have placed an order. I should note they were incredibly polite but always telling me that what i requested was not possible. Do your homework! I don't like learning lessons at my own expense but they're the one that stay with you.

First... the bag comes from india so you can't return it. Second it looks cheap! Not at all like the pictures.buyer beware....
