I live in a different country and didn't ahve time to find I'd chosen the wrong size and returning. I phoned their Sydney store and the staff helpfully measured the actual garment so I could make the best size choice. It arrived quickly by courier and fits perfectly. Thank you!

Polite but incompetent. After I placed an order, came back to me several times to say the item in the colour ordered wasn't available. When I finally said I'd prefer to cancel the orde, suddenly the items were 'found' and sent. The Montbell staff wasted my time and created unecessary annoyance. I wont recommend.

Bought skis on sale from friendly and humorous stuff however would have appreciated if an offer had been made to check my. boots in the bindings and am hoping this can be done in the future

Ordered a Stream Parka from montbell Australia to get sent to New Zealand, made a couple of calls first to get some info, staff were super helpful and answered my questions. Shipping was fast, and the quality is superb. Perfect 3 layer alpine shell.

My Montbell carryon/backpack soft case is just perfect Styled for fitting into an overhead compartment in an airplane or carried as a backpack it is roomy enough for all my essentials.
I'm using it right now.
It is very functional but not overly elaborate. I like its simplicity and it is my constant companion.

So far, I’m really happy with my purchase, though I haven't fully tested it in harsh conditions yet. From both firsthand feedback and reviews, I've heard it's incredibly waterproof and durable, especially considering how lightweight it is.
