Easy online purchase experience!
Loved the fingerless gloves I ordered for my wife to go with the ones I got a few years ago, also Mont-bell ones. The site search was easy to use, and stock was available - she got the gloves within a week. Now we are dressed like a couple!

I love this 20L pack
I love this 20L pack. It is completely waterproof. It has shoulder strap pockets as well as hip belt pockets. It fits me well. I am 188cm tall with a long torso. It has a comfortable hip belt and breast strap - unusual in a 20 L pack. Highly recommended.

Great colour jacket and such good…
Great colour jacket and such good quality. It came very quickly and was left in a safe place. The fleece is also nice and thick. I thought it would be lined but it isn’t - probably a different style to the one o bought in Japan. The size was good - I am a medium in Japan but would be small in western fit.

All good, except...
All good except initially my order (a pair of down pants) was sent to the wrong address. However, once I contacted Mont Bell about my missing order, they were very attentive and promptly rectified it, which included sending me a new pair of pants. So, I have given them 4 stars to reflect that small hiccup, which should not have happened (would have been 5 stars if it was sent to the correct address first up). Otherwise, the service was great, and that initially included me calling one of their Larry Adler stores (stockists for Mont Bell in Australia) to ask advice on sizing, which was a very pleasant experience (i.e. great help).

Bit disappointed at the quality of what is supposed to be a high end down jacket. After less than two weeks of regular use, the brand name rubbed off, and lots of down were 'seeping' through seams.
