Excellent product and easy purchase and delivery

Top quality products that perform as promised. Delivery is always faster than quoted. The Plasma vest and jacket are super lightweight and offer incredible warmth to weight ration. The jacket is lighter than my mountain hardware ghost whisper vest - which is already very lightweight.

Helpful staff however still have not received email copy of my receipt.

Staff member is active in the outdoor lifestyle and sounded like they used the Montbell equipment and tents. Encouraged to know he had first hand experience and was not phased at my two year old testing out the tents and sleeping pad.

Quick delivery . My down pants are great , just tried them one very cold evening recently while sitting out doors . They will be great when l go to Nepal during the cold evenings in Tea houses .

My needs mattered.
I was looking for a lightweight warm sleeping bag for the Camino de Santiago early next year. Staff member, Alex, listened to my needs & helped me make a choice. I tried it at home (without a/c) as a quilt. I froze. Returning it, Alex helped me select a much warmer one. He remembered me & the upgrade was smooth. I experienced courtesy, professional and care.

Not a good shopping experience at Montbell, my Mother’s Day gift which you shipped to me was a wrong item , I returned the wrong item and sent me one item with three holes . Three weeks period caused I missed Mother’s Day . So I have to cancelled my order .

Looking for a lightweight but effective rain jacket for my Camino in Portugal and Spain and it ticked all the boxes.It rained for 11 of the 23 day , 500 kms trip and it contributed to me carrying only 5 kg in my pack for each day of the trip. It is well made, durable to keep the rain out but light.

Although I initially received the wrong product, they quickly replaced it. I am very satisfied with the whole exchange process. It would be great if they could open a store in Melbourne. The product quality is excellent, exactly what I had been looking for.
