Very helpful staff at the store

I love my jacket! It's light and properly waterproof. I initially received the wrong colour, and Montbell Australia sent me the correct jacket, even while the wrong was was still with the courier, on its way back to Australia. Thanks for that, Montbell Australia.

Great work guys. Had the right product (as advertised) in store when I needed it.

I love Mont-Bell products. They are top quality. It is a shame the whole range of products is not available in Australia. Prices are higher than in Japan, as should be expected.

Happy with the product but the staff were not very friendly.

There was no communication about the sending process at all. I placed the order, and the product arrived at my doorstep sometime later while I was away.

I checked spam and other elements and it did not show up there either.

Normally, there's a notification that the seller has sent the order, and a tracking link is provided. Not in this case.

I was about to call the store to see what was happening when it arrived.

This would preference ordering from others in the future.

Also, I was somewhat perturbed when I ordered from Montbell and got an order receipt from Larry Adler via Eway. This was not expected.

I have not used the raincoat yet, but it seems good.

Well designed thong alternative, comfortable to wear with or without socks. Not a brand I was aware of but I’ll keep a look out now.
Perhaps not quite the bargain I thought compared to UK pricing but pretty good. Received tracking number which was helpful.

Montbell products bang for buck. The staff for very helpful and they were patient showing the products Pro/Cons.

Took the tent out for its first camp and it the quality of materials is very good . Went through it's first severe thunderstorm and it remained dry.

We had to chase up on our order because of the stock situation but we were not informed.

Larry Adler Staff made the process of returning faulty backpacks quite seamless and were so incredibly patient and helpful with a great knowledge of the backpacks for women.
We had 3 faulty backpacks, the interiors of the fabric had peeled off and flaked throughout our luggage, despite living in 3 different places, all had deteriorated in the same manner and same sections of fabric, with different amounts of usage as well. We were extremely happy with LA staff helping us.

We’ve bought Montbell in the past and found the quality is exceptional. The staff were helpful and online was a good experience and prompt delivery even over the Christmas shopping time.

When I travelled into the city to collect my C&C purchase, the backpack was not available in store. This was about two weeks before Christmas, yet the sales assistant was unable to contact a manager to provide a solution. I spent about an hour and a half waiting for an outcome (the sales person eventually found stock in another store, and the unit was dispatched quickly by courier to my home address.) The whole episode, including travel, took over four hours, and I returned home that day without a backpack. Poor service - although the sales person himself was apologetic, understanding and did everything he could to resolve the issue favourably for me. I will encourage friends to be wary of Montbell service.

Ordered shoes and socks online, no problems at all. Will use Montbell again in the future.
